• Black pepper 1tsp.
• Mustard powder 1tsp.
• Salt 1tsp.
• Ajinomoto 1 1/2 tsp.
• Worcestershire sauce 2tbsp.
• Oil for fry.
• MARINATE ALL SPICES ELSE OIL FOR 24 HOURS.
• fresh batch/ bun /bap
• mayonaise
• fries

total cost £6.49 gona have a side of fries beans and some hot wings, and a shake.

"Mayonaise"? "Shake"? "BAP"?!?!

Ha, I'm a professional chef. I aspire to having a proper pass at home though. When the kid's sausage and chips is ready I could.shout service and stuff like that.

It is dead nice. Country house hotel with a nice restaurant. Got a wedding barn too.

I think you'd like it. It's not pretentious or anything. We don't have the staff wandering about in starched uniforms, you can have a steak if you want, sky sports in the bar. Often couples will just come for the weekend and not leave the hotel.

I went hipster last night and kinda healthy.

Had shallow fried Turkey steaks coated in dessicated coconut on a bed of quinoa, avocado, tomato and cucumber salad with lemon juice squeezed over.

That's my attempt at making it sound 'chefy', was really nice though.

Was abroad recently and came back with an obsession for "blackened" fish. Its basically a rub consisting of:

1. 3 tablespoons smoked paprika.
2. 1 teaspoon salt.
3. 1 tablespoon onion powder.
4. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
5. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
6. 1 teaspoon dried ground thyme.
7. 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
8. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.

Great on boring fish like tuna steaks.

Here’s a nice little duck dish. Fondant potato, red cabbage, blackberry/ port sauce and blackberry/ blood orange gel.
Simple and pretty.
