Perhaps in T20, but in the 50 over game he has contributed many valuable and match winning innings.

You also have to remember he made his name smashing it in the T20 blast for Surrey before being picked for England.

Yeah looks like Latham is around for the season. Shame we couldn't sign Rabada up longer but still, two very positive acquisitions especially after last season when we had no overseas players.

If Northeast and Coles can pick up from where they left off last season and you throw in the likes of Billings and Bell-Drummond, we should be right up there challenging for promotion with another year under the belts of some of the young players.
