OMG Notts were poor today. Could have been 6 or 7 if Porter understood the offside rule and we’d taken a few more of our chances. Lowery deservedly MOTM. Have to echo what's been said. Notts were really not very good. It was almost embarrassingly easy at times.

That said, it's crazy how a attacking side with your best players brings shots, goals and 3 points. Guessing Artell has a wedge on Vale staying up tbh.

And cheerio Bowery and Ray. Not to be missed.

Yep, it's strange that you get results when you play 11 invested players who actually want to be here, not a couple of checked out individuals who have probably already got new clubs lined up. Genuinely hope that is the last we see of both players.

Good to hit last seasons point total with 4 games left. The target has to be 60 now, no reason not to hit that with Yeovil and Grimsby still to play. Would be nice to end the streak of horrendous losses at the County Ground over Easter as well.

Just got back from one of the most depressingly piss poor performances of a piss poor season.
That's the closest I've been to the pitch for a while and seeing them close up you could see the fear, desperation mixed with apathy and a wish to just have it over and done with in them.
We've been bad all year with a few decent performances as blips. Every game that matters we lose or draw, just not enough there to make a fight of it.

Looked to me like the steward was led out of the ground and the policeman did a runner separately. Was a bit odd without any context. Looking at twitter, suggestions of pepper spray being used & a separate issue of racist abuse (was that what the ref picked up on?).

I'd say Notts were the worst side to visit Gresty Rd this season, even though we put 6 past Crawley and Morecambe. Apart from Nolan nearly gifting Hemmings a goal o can't really remember them coming close to scoring. They just looked, old, slow and bereft of any ideas. That said we played some lovely stuff today. Lowery was a revaluation in midfield and deserved motm, passed the ball so well, created chances and for someone of such a small stature he was strong on the ball. Kirk was decent, two good assists and should have scored when he went through in the 2nd half. Ainley on the other side also caused problems but as usual his end product let him down. Dale when he came on had a little more end product I felt.

Felt sorry for the Notts fans though, travelled in good numbers and were massively let down. The players deserved all the abuse they got at the end.

That's some record. I wasn't referring to Crewes 9th win against Notts since the late1890s

After many many years of dreading the inevitable defeat to Notts County it does feel great to finally get over it with back to back home wins against them.

I just don't know what went wrong with them yesterday. We cruised to a 3-0 win and we played well but it was just so easy. With the experience and nous in that County side I was expecting them to fight a lot more and bag three points for themselves but I couldn't believe they lacked any sort of tactical nous and desire to graft out a result today.

Feel for the excellent County support who didn't deserve to witness a spineless performance like that at all. We've been there ourselves under our godawful previous manager so we know how it feels going everywhere every week only to return home several £20 notes lighter and angered by how the players can put in such a tepid performance in a must win game.

As for us, excellent performances from ATS, Wintle, Lowery (my man of the match) Kirk and when he came on the boy Owen Dale. Very happy that the side didn't down tools. Even happier that players who don't want to be here next season like Ray and Bowery were axed. Hoping for the same strong line up against Yeovil on Friday if possible and then we can start the experimenting with the likes of Reilly, Sass-Davies and maybe Johnson down at Swindon on Easter Monday.
