Surely the Paul Cook Derby will be on TV.

Derby at home is atleast one of the more interesting games vs an efl side we could have had. I fancy our chances vs anyone at home and it should be a decent crowd as Derby will bring a full allocation. Maybe an outside chance of it being on TV aswell with Derby probably being the biggest club in the draw.

Wouldn't at all be surprised if we are moved for S4C. They'd snap up a chance to make a few quid from selling the rights to ESPN in America. They did that for the Blyth games in the FACQ and Coventry away in the 3rd round, whilst ITV had the rights for the home tie against Oldham.

How much do they pay each club if so then? guessing not the same as sky or itv etc.

You’d imagine so.

Even after 6 years, “non-league” chesterfield never gets boring, though i suspect it’ll be their last as this seasons conference is even worse than the one last year

I don't know and can't remember from the rumours circling last season when we were picked for ESPN. I highly doubt it'd be the same as Sky or ITV etc.

Nah not having Derby as the biggest club in the draw, only 1 team currently in the draw made the quarter finals last year making them quite conclusively the biggest team in there. :bg:

Yeah but just look at their away followings that's all that matters you know that better than anyone fishy.

They are the clear big fish in the lower leagues. Embrassing for them that they are even on the lower leagues but at least they have big crowds home and away.

Can’t imagine so unless it’s on that nonsense welsh one, not sure how that works if so.

Well I imagine it shifting some tickets again, especially if they lower the price a bit being a cup game.

Do they still move a handful of games to 2pm on the Sunday? Looking at the fixtures there’s a few that look like good TV ties and I can’t see why many would care for an all L2 fixture but it’s Wrexham isn’t it so it’ll probably be on. Fingers crossed for a full house and some TV money and it’s a good little pay day then.

Make it £15 a pop and that’ll help

given were at home forest green and walsall in the league and port vale in the league cup 4th round before then i can’t imagine this having that much interest as they’ll be far more interest in the league cup game.

Hopefully i’m wrong though

Ey a lot of home games coming up, like you say hopefully both clubs agree to a cut price admission.

So Slough Town away for us, I expect we’ll go there and play for a 0-0.

Not sure how many games are televised, but looking at that the biggest candidates look to be

Chesterfield vs Portsmouth
Bromley vs Blackpool
Shepley vs Walsall
Slough vs Grimsby
Hereford vs Gillingham

Still wouldn't suprise me though if our game vs Derby snuck on, just because its Derby and more likely to get higher viewer numbers.

Sheppey will be an experience for Walsall - I don't even know how that ground is going to be able to handle such an occasion!!

I can see Scarborough being on TV, former league club rising back sort of thing and potentially an upset.

Been from Yorkshire I kept an eye out for there and Whitby’s result yesterday and was delighted to see both get through. Can’t see Whitby having a prayer though.

I remember the old Athletics/McCain Stadium in Scarborough very well, did well to ever be a league club to be fair.

Our game is being moved apparently because it might clash with the egg chasing Northamptoners who play at home at 3 on the Saturday. Wouldn't be surprised to see ours as one of the 2pm Sunday kickoffs.
