Yeah, I probably mentioned it once or twice. I don't like to go overboard with that sort of thing.

But yeah, I fully endorse LR giving Wars a go. I mentioned in a PM to him that I honestly don't see myself running a game again (because of changes in my life, not the game/forum itself) so I was hoping that somebody else would pick it up and run another one. And as I said to him, there's not really anybody I can think of that I'd prefer to see run it than LR.

I do hope that the magic brooms are involved in this one.

As for running it, I definitely want to run it at some point and I’m going to carry on preparing it. It may be though like I say that it doesn’t actually happen for a while yet just because I feel like forum games in general on here need more of a break. I’ll think it over as I’m getting it ready.

Also, need to talk some stuff over with Oaf when he gets back which is basically pinching some the characters and powers he's written for previous games. I’ve already written about 100 new characters/powers though so there will be plenty of new stuff too.

Was perusing the archives section the other day and I thought it's ages since we had one of those NOTW games. Really enjoyed taking part in those and it's now nearly 2 years since Oaf ran the last one. Speaking of which, Steady tricking MagpieBee into commiting suicide here: http://www.onefootballforum.co.uk/index.php?threads/notw-ii-devil-among-men.6190/page-18#post-182862 - Still possibly my favourite moment in 1FF history

So yeah, we should totally do another one of these. I say this in the knowledge that I probably wouldn't be prepared to run it myself (partly because I only did a couple, I'm not really experienced enough in how it all works, and mostly just...laziness) but I'm hoping this might inspire/guilt-trip someone else into doing all the work for me/us.

I say this in the knowledge that I probably wouldn't be prepared to run it myself (partly because I only did a couple, I'm not really experienced enough in how it all works, and mostly just...laziness) but I'm hoping this might inspire/guilt-trip someone else into doing all the work for me/us.

I'd love to run a new NOTW, but I don't know if I'd be able to run it at any kind of a respectable pace at all right now. I think there would be about one update a week I'm basically completely ruling myself out of doing another Wars game, but NOTW is a lot more manageable... so maybe.

But if I suddenly had time... yeah. I'd do it. But I don't... so somebody else do it!

Also, reading back that Magpiebee death I forgot about that one. I really liked how that game turned out all in all, full of great little moments like that. If I were to do another game though, I'd want to try to do something cool with it again though, like that whole LeaSaints deal last time.
