Sorry to cause panic and worry to some people on here. I'm going ring my local doctors in the morning and see what they can do for me.

Been suffering from ADHD and on/off depression my whole life. I take Concerta and Escitalopram daily. I've had a bad couple of days where I've ended up feeling awful..questioning my entire life, and snapping at the tiniest little things. I had to edit a couple of posts on here today cos they were out of order... Andy, there are times when I've felt like you and just wanted to end it all. Not a lot I can say other than you arent alone and there are people you can talk to. Wish you all the best mate.

Ive got tonsillitas so I'm on antibiotics for the next 10 days and when I was at the doctors they gave me a leaflet for healthy minds and said give them a call and have a chat with them to see if you need any counselling and come back to us if your still not feeling better and we will put you on some tablets.

I have just rang the healthy minds number and somebody will be ringing me back around 12 o clock to do a 45 minute assessment with me.

I'm on a 3 month waiting list for counselling sessions and they gave me phone numbers for Samaritans and staffs mental health line.

I'm scared ring the Samaritans don't really know what to say to them.

I notice earlier you said you rang healthy minds and have been placed on a three month waiting list. (Three month waiting list is a worry in itself)

Have you tried MIND? My brother is struggling with depression and anxiety and after a phone consultation was referred to 6 one hour face to face meetings. From the things you have said in here and the way you are feeling, I would be surprised if you didn't qualify for something similar.

2 pieces of news to report 1 is I have had the dreaded conversation at work about how I'm feeling and that I will need time off go these appointments. Also I have been scammed about 500 pounds by subscribing to something I didn't realise I had subscribed too I guess when you have hardly any money and arnt very well you get no fucking luck in your life either.

I signed up for some chat dating site can't remember the name of it paid a fee join and didn't realise you had to cancel or click a button to stop paying fees every month to renew membership so i kept getting billed more typical of my luck this. Wasn't even my idea join it my dad said join some dating site so I did and what happens I get fucked on.i only knew about it after the bank fraud team contacted me to say loads of transactions had been made from this and I explained I had signed up for it but didn't know it was on going unfortunately I have to meet the payments already made but any future ones will be blocked by the bank as I told them to stop it.

If this isn’t a wind up I feel for you mate. Try and improve your life whilst taking medication and CBT is my advice. Stop drinking as well if you have anxiety and depression. Take up football as a sport. Join a six a side team. No one gives a fuck about your status when you are playing football

It isn't a wind up I have a card with a number I ring regularly for advice now. I have also been given a number to ring for sexual anonymous and for money advice aswell as being on a waiting list for counselling with healthy minds. I can't play football or any sport due to my back being fucked from my last job where they didn't give a fuck about me.
