Enjoyed that, always nice to win over two legs. Made it hard for ourselves though as we should have had it won in the first ninety but hey ho. Could have scored a few more as well if it wasn't for inept finishing and and some good goalkeeping from the Grimsby lad. Nice to see Grimsby make a game of it, you could see they wanted to win and progress in a national competition, which, after reading through this thread appears to be more than their so called fans wanted to do. Can't understand fans actually wishing for "their" team to lose a game, weird.

Have to agree with Alty regarding the Grimsby/Gateshead business. About 10 years ago Scarborough tried to bully us into a one off game at their place after the first game was postponed. Teeny tiny tinpot Dover won the replay in extra time

Off to Woking today, we've improved since the 6-1 pasting we received in August so hopes are high. Besides, they've won it about 60 times so...
