I like the unorthodox composition and your wonderful phallic speakers but note that both you, and the previous purchaser of fine goods (who similarly delighted me with his submission), are guilty of a regrettable breach in cushion etiquette. I hate to be the one to point this out, as I'm sure it was just an unfortunate oversight, but do feel we must try to maintain standards!!!
Yours,
TPP, Cushion Monitor

I did consider popping it on a cushion but decided not to bother because steven is not around. Thank you for continuing to hold us to high standards.

£39.99

Clearly this copy is only compatible with the Playstation 4 console but I do believe this title is also available on the Nintendo.

250lm of 150mm x 16mm shiplap cladding for my garden pub.

Came from a place in Hull and the driver was a double for postman pat.

Nice bloke and i made him a brew and we both slagged off John Prescott.

Just bought a Now TV box. Fuckers never told me the free to air channels need an aerial.

Who has an aerial these days?

Had nothing but a Sky dish for years. Last time I had an aerial Muffin the Mule didn't raise a snigger.

neighbours are going to follow you.....:bg:
Only the one to bother with if there is any issues as its a semi; over the current four that have kids and dogs diving around and dropping things, a nutter mum screaming at her toddler all the time, and a constantly barking dog that's left alone for 10 hours a day. The peace will be divine, no more earplugs!

Of course it is Salty.....it's hole is where you stick your head in.....:bg:.....Believe it or not I've been to Moscow (School trip round about 1970) and I bought a Balalaika. The change I received for my purchase was chocolate foil covered coins. I complained to our teacher but she told me to shut up in case the shop sent for the KGB. Ziiiiip!

In Lincoln?
Just outside of, but where I am now.

Commute is already nearing an hour, so I didn't want to go into Lincoln and add another 20 minutes or so onto it. Plus, everyone is already around here anyway.

Nice one Luke, we've managed to sell this dump and get a new house too!
Cheers. All happened very quickly and was pretty straight forward in the end.

It went onto the market late afternoon on a Friday, viewed it Saturday morning, had to have a mortgage meeting with the estate agents on the Wednesday before I could make an offer (not sure why, because I already knew where I was at), offered on the Thursday, negotiated non-monetary minor bits and pieces on the Friday and they accepted the following Monday. Helped that the sellers are buying a new build and needed to move quickly for that, and also that I half know them so they knew I'd be reliable and wouldn't let them down. First house I've gone for.

Probably overpaid by £2k-£3k ('offers in excess of £x', so no selling figure was specified), but they're leaving a table island in the kitchen, all the fitted blinds/curtains, washing machine and other bits and pieces. Very, very little needs doing to it other than a lick of paint in the main bedroom, which is currently a light lilac colour. It's only 9 year old build so it's pretty modern with lots of built in features i.e. wardrobe, dishwasher, fridge etc, very nicely done and it's got a decent sized loft as well so there's potential to do something there, I think. Garden is astroturf so that's no real maintenance and I'm only overlooked on one side.

Weirdly, when that development was being built 10 years ago, I went over there and looked at the exact same place to buy but it was out of my reach because I'd not long started working.

Everything's with the solicitors at the minute, so it's not 100% done and I've not told anyone who didn't already know (other than strangers on a football forum...) but I've had all the paperwork to say it's going through that the property is off the market now.

Move in date isn't until March/April when the sellers other place is ready, which is fine because it gives me time to sort bits and pieces out.
