Newcastle have clearly improved since our comfortable win at SJP when there was a lot of doom and gloom among their fans. They've needed to after losing at home to a team that has gone on to pick up fewer points (the grand total of 1) and goals (2) in 12 away games than they did in that game alone!

We could well be a part of next season's version of this thread if our away form doesn't drastically improve, but in Gracia I trust (just).

Oh, and well done to Peter Crouch in scoring the 1000th goal of the Premier League, albeit in somewhat bittersweet circumstances.

Your form since Christmas has been dire, depending what you do in the summer obviously, but I fancy you to be involved in a relegation battle next season. Weird because you started the season like a house on fire and were looking like the team to get a European spot that Burnley managed to get.

That's what they've said about us every season for the last three years (including some of our own fans) but somehow we always do enough in at least the first third of the season to keep us out of the relegation mix, no matter how bad we are for the remainder of the season.
