As I wrote that Del Potro broke and went on to win. Well done to the big man.

This is the first Slam he's played since Australian Open 2014, he's still only 27 and we all know he is up with the elite when he is fit.

Going to be a really dangerous floater in the draw - and with a lot of seeds going out you'd fancy him to get pretty far.

I didn't realise it was that long, I just thought it was last year only. The guy has had no luck with his wrist injuries, hopefully he can have a good few years and we can once again see his potential realised.

Delighted for Delpo, here's hoping he really is back now.

My favourite part of Wimbledon so far has been Barry Davies commentating. Probably my favourite commentator of all time. What a voice.

Querrey gets it done. Superb on both a physical and mental leave based on all the delays etc. Excellent stuff.

Thought he was going to bottle it after that early missed smash. Djokovic always has one of these matches each tournament and gets away with it, so it's great to finally see someone with the stones to put him away when he's on the brink.

Something was genuinely wrong with Novak it sounds. Perhaps personal rather than physical...

Long term gains.
Running out of people who can beat Murray here, sad times :flint:

Great news but Federer is still in it so let's not build our hopes up just yet, but certainly the draw has opened up nicely for Andy with Wawrinka losing and now Djokovic. Fingers crossed for him!

Good news for Murray but still some way to go ofcourse and some danger in his side of the draw.

Raonic is the danger for me, especially with McEnroe by his side now.

I'm not sure Raonic has it in him to win the title yet. I think he'll go deep and get to the semi finals. But if he does, he'll quite possibly have to beat Federer and then Murray. Maybe he can beat Federer if his body isn't quite back to full capacity yet but not sure I see him beating Murray over 5 at Wimbledon.

Cilic is one to keep an eye on. He often comes into his own in the 2nd half of the season.

That extra pressure/expectation might hinder Murray a bit but then he is probably used to it!

Isner on another marathon fifth set against Tsonga... currently 15 games all.

Despite saving a match point there, I also can't see Isner getting too close to Tsonga's serve. That may have been his chance.
