Phoning up Scottish gas since yesterday morning to speak to someone to give Leccy & Gas meter readings and hearing a recording say that you have a 10,15, 20 minute wait. Sod that! Then..................phoning the complaints number simply to give the readings and they answer on the 2nd ring! In one way....so annoying but in another....task accomplished!
