Pictures are better than scales, especially if you're doing weights and not just cardio. Definitely more motivating.
I've got a weight bench there, but been staying away from it as the goal firstly is to lose weight and tone up, and not necessarily to build muscle. Did a picture montage the last time which did help and I have started today doing that again, so even if there isn't much shift in the scales next month then I'll still hopefully see a difference (I already do anyway). Just got to keep at it, it'll happen!! :D

Don't care. Two years or so this has been happening; the guy goes out to work and anyone who passes the window even if they are on the other side of the road, the dog will bark at - 9 hours on a weekday that is. Even Saturday night he was at it. Its an old dog anyway, it hasn't got long left, may as well put it out of its misery if that's the case.

We've ousted one of our neighbours, a hash-ridden paranoid twit, now its time for the doggie!

Plot twist. The "hash-ridden paranoid twit" pumps hash fumes into Salty's home each day, as an act of revenge for his role in the eviction, causing intense paranoia and auditory hallucinations.

There is no dog.

The feeling of my ringpiece after my first dump in seven days. I feel like I've been butt-fucked with a splintery gatepost.

now now......just think of the commiserations you got for your cat Salty.....
The guy obviously doesn't care much for the dog otherwise he would take better care of it.

Seeing how many tenuous links English commentators try to get in a game of football when the sides have nothing to do with them. Sam Shitface and Danny Higginbotham (really?) spent most of the half of Germany v Mexico there speaking about Watford, Goretxka linked with Arsenal, the Mexican keeper learning all he knows in 10 games last season under Tony Adams, and one of the lesser coaches there having a house that overlooked Melwood 15 years ago!

Soooo tiresome.

Bruh that's incorrect logic.

Working nights for the first time in about 15 years. Still, the double time makes it more bearable.

Cider....I hear cider is good for treating such disasters. Do not put on the bite but drink it.....copius amounts. May not get rid of the irritation but you'll forget about it for a while............also have a paper tissue handy for dabbing the blood.

A few driving ones.

The fact that at least 80% of motorists have no fucking idea how to drive on a motorway. The sooner the powers that be bring in a rule that forces learners to take at least two lessons from professional instructors before being allowed to apply for their practical and change the rule to allow learners on the motorway in those circumstances the better. It's ridiculous that the first time new drivers hit a motoroway slip road is after passing their test. Most then spend the entire time (through apprehension I presume) sitting in the middle lane, a habit they then keep, fucking things up for everyone else.

And the fact the M6 Toll is deliberately set up to be an opt out rather than an opt in. A little thing but annoying all the same.

Surely learner drivers get used to motorway driving before they pass their tests? I got flung on the motorway in my second or third lesson (though that was 23 years back and things have probably changed since then). Mind you my sister passed her test a couple of years ago on the third time, and she didn't go out on the motorway for a long time in those lessons. She quit driving when she kept stalling her husband's car on a steep hill with traffic behind her and it shot her confidence and she's only been back on the road once with me as she wanted to try an automatic to see if that'd suit her better, but she's very nervous. Maybe some of these instructors don't push learners like my old driving instructor did.

One thing that does annoy me and something I was taught was never to indicate when parking until you are ready to move on immediately. I hate going along a busy road and seeing someone indicating out when its going to take a while for them to drive on, as it puts the other drivers on edge wondering if they'll cut out onto the road. On motorway driving I detest tailgaiters and deliberately slow down when they get too close unless its busy of course.

When I was learning we wasn't allowed on the motorway. You took a passplus test I think it was called which took some money off your insurance and included motorway driving.

The newly passed I thought tended to sit in the slow lane doing 50mph behind a lorrry scared to pull out into the middle!

It's illegal for learner drivers to drive on a motorway.
