I've got a weight bench there, but been staying away from it as the goal firstly is to lose weight and tone up, and not necessarily to build muscle. Did a picture montage the last time which did help and I have started today doing that again, so even if there isn't much shift in the scales next month then I'll still hopefully see a difference (I already do anyway). Just got to keep at it, it'll happen!!Pictures are better than scales, especially if you're doing weights and not just cardio. Definitely more motivating.
