Fuck i fell of my stepladder in my bathroom and hit my head on the radiator covering the floor in my own blood :ffs: My missus is on her way home to drive me to hospital,i wouldn't mind but i've only drunk 2 pints today these things wouldn't happen to me if i was pissed so there's a reason to drink more before she gets home as if i'm gonna get a bollocking i might as well make it worthwhile

I'm practising for this weekend's Le Mans.

Not really. I'm a field engineer. Got fed up of working in an office for the last 15 years so I'm back on the road. Just didn't expect this much driving. Was in Derby today and yesterday, just driven to South Wales for work tomorrow, then tomorrow after work I'm in Cornwall for two days before returning home on Friday.

Still, I'm paid for every hour I'm on the road so can't complain too much and some weeks it's far less.

Na I haven't done anything like that. I'm too shy. :p

Don't think there's a very big scene here in Dundee tbh. Maybe I should set something up!

I'm tolerant of most life-forms on this planet. Mossies are a holiday irritant and I avoid Scotland in the midge season but these bastards bite through your shirt and (with their pretty eyes) are regulars down our garden at this time of year.

Losing a tournament final 1-0 because of a (nearly saved) penalty that was only given for a handball (our guy had his arm in front of his chest) despite dominating that match.

Yeah it happened to me before and I think (and hope) its that, as I've been at it five days a week. Usually the following month I then lose weight again; but its just after leaving it five weeks before I checked my weight, and see I've not lost a thing thats a bit disheartening. Ach well its not going to put me off, I'll be back on it today, just need to make sure I do more cardio then.

I went camping last weekend, and the resulting mossie bites down my leg are still itching me now. Yet my other half who was with me the whole time, has zero bites. Apparently I took one (or several) for the team. Bastards indeed. And that itchy bite cream stuff does feck all too.

Booo....Booo....if the dog is taken away and put down how will you feel knowing you were responsible for instigating the death of a wee doggie.

Some people emit a pheromone that mozzies are attracted to. Perhaps you do?

Get yoursen some tiger balm. Go-to choice of #travelpricks everywhere. I been using it for years.

Don't care. Two years or so this has been happening; the guy goes out to work and anyone who passes the window even if they are on the other side of the road, the dog will bark at - 9 hours on a weekday that is. Even Saturday night he was at it. Its an old dog anyway, it hasn't got long left, may as well put it out of its misery if that's the case.

We've ousted one of our neighbours, a hash-ridden paranoid twit, now its time for the doggie!

Pictures are better than scales, especially if you're doing weights and not just cardio. Definitely more motivating.
