Yeah I got salted peanuts at the weekend, as I'm a muncher at night (which is my biggest problem with my diet) so thought I could have a handful of them with my coffee and not get hungry when I get back on my exercise/diet regime. Well it didn't work out like that, I had half the bag on the first night, and the other half finished last night (then I ate a big bag of prawn crackers and had 4 drams too!), so that didn't go quite according to plan!

I'll get it sussed though, just not this week!
