Working as a shift leader in a residential unit; mainly it will be for people coming from Mental Health sectioning. Basically it's transitions to make sure that they have the right support before having to move back into the community. Rather than them just going straight back into the life that saw them run into troubles in the first place. They'll largely have their own flats within the 3 properties so they have their own space etc. It's a completely new unit so it will be exciting to do that. A bit daunting to go in at senior level as although I'm already a team leader I mainly work 1-1 in the community with people in their own homes.

Thought I'd post it on here as I'd not had a chance to tell anyone yet.
