Jack Dunn on trial with us despite Wild saying yesterday we won’t be making any signings until the league vote is decided.

Anyone know if he’s any good?
Going on his loan spell and season at Tranmere, he's not.

Absolutely willing them to try and furlough last month’s signings so they can do that.

James Hardy terminated his contract with Telford and set to sign for a NL club next week. Wouldn't shock me if it was us. He was very good on loan for us from Fylde a couple of seasons ago and was rumoured to almost have signed for us when he went to Walsall. Would give us another option besides Earing in the attacking mid role

Let's be honest though, based on the Chesterfield article the other day regarding potentially signing NLN/NLS players, I bet there's a good chance it's them.

If a player is moving to a NL club then its 100% Chesterfield. They will probably furlough another player to make room in their squad.

Looking at your most recent result I think it’s time you started furloughing your players my friend :dk:

Let’s put it this way, I’d take him at Halifax. Young attacking midfielder. Best just behind the striker. A little lightweight physically but a very good, technical little player.

Interesting... our current options in there are Tom Whelan who’s been a revelation since signing, Joe Rowley and Liam Mandeville...

All technically good players, however Rowley has recently gone down with a hamstring injury that could rule him out for a few months so I wouldn’t be surprised if we were in for this James Hardy off the back of that!

But equally given how Whelan has performed and Mandeville recently too, I also wouldn’t be surprised if Rowe was content with that area of the pitch

We're sniffing around someone from Kidderminster on loan I think (Sam Austin)

Wouldn't be surprised to see George Porter leave us shortly

Sam has just signed a new deal with Harriers, so if this is legit, hopefully it is just a short term thing

Sadly he hasn't shown much of that for several years now.

I think leaving us was the worst thing he could have done, I dont think he's been settled anywhere since. Im still not sure if Gary Mills is to blame for that for bombing him out or he actually saw the writing on the wall.

Dom Vose is just a staggering waste of talent. He was brilliant for us but when you look at his career, it's obvious we had his best days. And by days I mean 6 months or so.

Bar a few good games for Welling the season before, it's all he's ever done.

He couldn't get into our team under Edgar Davids when we were literally screaming out for an attacking midfielder. I wonder what he was like in training.

Daily Record claiming Barnet have signed journeyman striker Tomi Adeloye, who was most recently with East Kilbride.

Our Executive Director Humphrey Ker has confirmed that we are taking mulitple free agents in on trial over the next few weeks. Due to the transfer rules that only we get applied this means anyone who was unattached as of 2nd Feb, so no dipping in to the North and South for players for us

Looks like we’re signing Mark Ellis from Tranmere, experienced centre back because Ben Turner is injured so we’ve got no cover at all for Rawlinson and Lacey.

Hope he does well for you. Quality for National League level.

He’ll be cover rather than a regular, we’ve conceded the fewest goals in the country and have a class partnership already, but with loads of games in hand we’re probably going to have to rotate a fair bit so he should still get some games. For all of Ardley’s faults, he knows what a good centre back looks like.
