That's not very nice, I thought his demon was the bookie. Apparently wanted to sign for his hometown team, but SB's having none of it.

His demons you mean. Bloke has a drink problem as well. Amount of times he's turned up pissed to training at his various clubs, you'd need to be from Stoke to count them with your fingers and hands!

Dodging a bullet by avoiding him, why don't you sign one of our more capable rejects like Billy Waters instead, he'd do a job for you lot!

Kamal Guthmy getting mentioned more now.

Never heard of him, from what little info there is, looks like he came through Barnet's youth system and then signed for Birmingham in Jan to play in there u21 team. Left sided player. Any thoughts on him Barnet fans?

Few rumours flying about that we're getting £450k from Wigan for Max Power. Can't see it being anywhere near that amount but it would be a massive boost to our budget if it turns out to be true.

Wrexham fans what is Louis Gray like, any good?
Never played for first team. But seen him play quite a lot for youth and at Cefn Druid on loan. He's alright decent shot stopper not a keeper id pick if you want to me going for top half finish

I don't do twitter, but someone has just told me that local paper reporter,Green has said that there's a possibility that Oliver McBurnie may be returning to us on a season-long loan. Not sure how reliable this is, but he was brilliant for us last season.

Very strong rumour that Louis Moult is off to Motherwell. Gutted.

Be shocked if true, i'd lose a lot of faith in Mills if he let him go, be bordering insanity if he did for any less then 100k, If we sold him we could forget about play-offs

Wrexham will be back in mid-table with us again if they lose Moult, no shadow of a doubt. They're a different team with him there.

We were a different team when Moult was playing and not Andy Bishop. Although arguably our best performance last season was away at Stoke, with Moult and Bishop on the bench and Jennings playing on his own up front.

Moult's an excellent striker at this level, our biggest scorer of goals, and I don't want him to leave, but ruling out a play off challenge if he were to go is bonkers. Dismiss the talent of Jennings at your peril and we haven't even seen who Moult's hypothetical replacement is yet.

If Moult goes, then based on Mills saying there won't be any more signings then a pretty 'meh' transfer window will turn out to be a pretty poor one.

Mills didn't say that there won't be any more signings. He said that there won't be any more before pre-season starts.

Moult given permission to speak to Motherwell. Better he goes there than Tranmere or Forest Green I suppose. If we don't get at least 4 million for him I'll be gutted.

You'd better hope Jennings catches fire again then, because he showed very little last season, albeit from an unfavoured wide position. If Moult goes, I don't see where your goals are coming from bar this.

If he completes the move he will join up with former Alfreton teamate Josh Law who he is mates with I think,

Moult going would be a huge blow, but Jennings is more than good enough when played through the middle.

The major sickener is going to be when he does sign for Motherwell and we get a paltry fee for him.

Is he though, would be interested in the Macc fans views on Jennings playing as a lone striker?

We all support relatively small clubs so we've all seen our best players leave time and time again. But if there's one thing I can't stand is when we don't get a decent fee. We've sold good players for peanuts before, and I'm sure every fan of a lower league club has experienced this. No one likes seeing the better players leave, but at least a decent fee gets you a replacement or two.

If Louis goes (which he most likely will) that will shoot us down from a play-off contending team to and mid table team, I wouldn't trust Mills enough to adequately replace him

So much better as the focal point of the team, nothing to worry about with playing CJ straight through the middle.

That's what the plan is going to be now! Hopefully he's going to thrive from being our main striker. Mills loves him by the sounds of it anyway.

Twitter rumours that we're signing an 'ever-present' League 2 right back from last season. No idea who that could be.

Not sure he was ever present at Cheltenham, but Lee Vaughan is available. A proven right back at this level.

Haven't you signed a right back already?
Kind of. We signed a versatile player (East) who has played a decent amount at right back. He would be our only RB with Nsiala (CB) as cover. Robertson would be our only left back but if East can cover both full back positions, which we're led to believe he can, then signing a RB wouldn't be surprising.

Edit: Lee Vaughan and Richard Tait being rumoured. Obviously, both have played in this division before but I know little about them. Why was Vaughan transfer listed?
