No-one’s discrediting or disbelieving you.

They’re taking the piss because you’ve done the forum equivalent of running up to a group of 7 year olds in the playground and singing “I know something you don’t know and I’m not gonna tell you”. Like a bellend.

Well that obviously wasn’t the intention. I guess I’ll take any talk of transfers out of the transfer threads then.

I see you’ve not changed in being a bellend over the last two years. This spring in non-league is going to be fun, I see.

Oh lighten up, you come into a transfer rumours thread, vaguely post about your club signing someone (which every team down here is currently doing in this immediate time frame) without so much as a mention of name, position, team he's coming from and give yourself a congratulatory pat on the back when it's 'finished behind closed doors'

I don't think anyone is doubting you but surely you can see why people are taking the piss.

Barnet to sign Mark Cousins from D&R.

Rumours of Michael Timlin being at the Hive but nothing more than that.

With D&R also releasing Howell and Howells I would assume we would be in for them if they're any good as we need players in those positions.

He really can’t. The ‘e’ is deservedly missing from the end of his username. You can also see from his post that he can’t accurately count to one.

The Barnet fans on here are a slightly odd bunch (probably mild brain damage from all the yo-yoing). This particular forum really has suffered a poor swap in the close season.

It genuinely wasn’t an intention of mine to come across in that way - it was meant to be a ‘watch this space post’. I think that was fairly obvious but oh well, apologies.

I think e10rifle needs to find something else to occupy himself because these attempts at humour are awful. I doubt many Barnet fans will be crying themselves to sleep if he thinks we’re weird.

Anyway - the player in question was Cousins.

If people thing the Barnet fans on here are a weird bunch, I'd give the Barnet Til I Die Facebook page a wide berth. They're like the cloned version of Stewie from Family Guy.

I'm off to look in the mirror and tell myself that I am worthy. I do deserved to be liked.

I’m not sure that’s true. I’ve longed for the day when Pools can legitimately share a message board with Manchester United fans. This season my dreams have finally been realised.

Maybe, but at least you got rid of Sparrow going the other way, swings and roundabouts and all that.

I said it'd be shite on here next season after the promotions/relegations.

Both to be announced this week barring a snag;
McNulty to Fylde
Rowe to Tranmere

McNulty to Fylde would be the most obvious thing I've ever seen.

Can Tranmere afford Danny "£3k a week" Rowe?

Our wage budget went up by 50% so there’s capacity for it.

We have put a bid in for another striker too, not sure who that one is though.

Jay Harris resigned for us last week too.. that’ll be confirmed at some stage. Seems he’s happy being 4th choice for us next season.

There will always be the need for an ankle biter type midfielder. Tackling not Norburn’s strong point, unsure about Banks, assume CJ is the other midfielder?

I think he is factoring in Jay Spearing, which is the other rumour doing the rounds.

Few rumours linking us with Luke Young from Torquay. Would be surprised as it is one hell of a relocation from him if true.

We did it with Tyler Harvey, hope he turns out a lot better than him if true.

I've never heard of him, is he any good?

He's class at this level but seems strange as he's Plymouth based. Be a very good signing for us though

Always wondered why/how Young is still with Torquay. He was being touted as having huge potential a few seasons back, what’s happened?

Harvey has something about him, he’s still young, I just think we didn’t play him in the right position and add to the fact he became homesick too. Probably needs to get his strength up a bit, but he’s scored goals for Bath and last season at Truro and there’s probably not much difference in the levels.

He's scored 9 in 27 in the league below, I wouldn't say he's setting the world alight. He was gash here.

We’ve been linked pretty strongly with Andrew Davies of Ross County, local lad wanting to move back to this area.

He’d be a good signing at least on paper. Wages might be a problem though.
