Imagine if Bristol City would have made a £10m for McCormack - this place would have gone into meltdown already.
More likely City fans would have dominated the thread again.......

Boring us all rigid in the process, like the Gray bid period.

Law of averages say that the more people there are of a fanbase on here, it will result in there there being more comments on it.

You're not forced to read through it, y'know..

I know I'm not, but this is a generic forum not OTIB fella.

Jordan Rhodes latest name in the frame but hearing Vydra and Gayle bids in.

Thank fuck it's not OTIB.

Gayle I don't think is realistic to be honest, seeing as he said himself that he'd like a PL or London move, but Vydra seems realistic if you can cough up enough money for him.

Nixon I believe was the one who initially reported both of our interest in Vydra, and he's still determined that we are interested, but if it comes down to competition with Wednesday then we'll be out of our depth in every department.

Not too sure about Nixon anyway, he seems to get more wrong than he gets right for us.

We're not a rival, so it's not us.

We don't sign players.

We are a divisional rival - but I doubt it'll be us. Probably QPR.

I'm fucking excited though, please come home AA :(

Okay, now some pretty bad rumours have been believed this summer - but this tops the lot...

Luka Modric to Middlesbrough, stemming from a picture of Boro's board member sat down with a player that 'Looks like Luka Modric'..

Hahahahahahahhahahahaha!!

Why? I prefer the diversity, I'd log on to Owlstalk if I wanted to read moronic drivel.
Well yeah, of course you go on your own teams forum if you want to exclusively talk with your own fans, it would be better if every club had a lot of fans on here, if you had 2 or 3 from each club it would just be shit

If Middlesbrough sign Luca Modric I'm giving up on football. Wolverhampton are pretty good at speedway I'll support that instead.

That is essentially what we had last season, and what we have now with the exception of Bristol City. Personally, I don't think it's shit.

There is a ridiculous number of Bristol City fans on here. In all seriousness is it a coincidence or is there something to do with TomF running TFF alongside that OTIB forum?

For what it's worth I enjoy reading about other clubs and being relatively informed about them. Also, if I only went on WACCOE I'd be tearing my hair out. To be fair it's been fine this weekend (as it is whenever we've won) but Jesus Christ it's awful when things haven't gone right. So many knee-jerk reactions. Not long ago it was full of people saying our youngsters are overrated, how Chris Wood was a flop and how we're definitely nothing more than a mid-table side. Fast forward to now and Cook and Taylor are certs to play for England (Cook ought to, Taylor has a chance if he keeps improving at the rate he is, for what it's worth), Wood is going to be the division's top scorer and we should be targeting automatic promotion :ffs:.

Admit I'm very disappointed to see Richard Stearman leave.
Thought he'd go to a club with PL ambitions though, but he does 'Championship struggle' too, so maybe Fulham's a good fit.
As with van la Parra, hope Stearman does well for himself.
As a club, we seem more unsettled now than at anytime since our bungee jump into League 1.

Or anyone, really.
A vacancy for a steward at your place would generate three pages of buzz. You'd spend two pages of that arguing with Swindon fans about whether the high-viz jackets are best in yellow or orange.

Chalobah has turned down a return to Reading to join Napoli on loan. Can't get my head round him prefering Naples to Cemetery Junction.
