How the fuck have we managed to fob him off to the poor bastards... Suppose they owe us after letting us have Westley...

Imagine we've paid his contract up, either way....

Pretty crazy when you think about it for player to have generated £17m+ in transfer fees despite having never played above the second tier. Odd career he's had so far, Rhodes.

Brighton, Burnley and Boro all agreed terms for a loan for Pritchard says HITC.

Can't believe Rhodes is only 25, seems like he's been around for ages

Yes. Please.

Boro will get him.

He might want to stay down south, that could go in your favour, and I assume he would get in your team (might be wrong), wouldn't be guaranteed a start here

True, guess Hughton might also be able to make use of his Spurs connections. He'd possibly be a better fit for Karanka's formation though, we don't really accommodate a no.10 and if he played on the wing he'd need to be putting in a proper defensive shift (is he capable?). One of the Brentford lot might be able to enlighten me..

Pritchard is best behind the striker. Would be a great signing for whoever gets him although I think he's been injured most of the season so will probably take him ages to get up to speed.

Would imagine he'd come back to us if he was available.

Ahead of those three clubs? I highly doubt it.
Why not? Doesn't really fit Brighton or Burnley's system and wouldn't be guarenteed a start at Boro

atleast Rhodes might hit 20 goals again now, Blackburns penalties have dried up

he's proven to me this season how over-rated he is, why? because he has 9 goals only because Blackburns pens have not been given as freely as the last 2 seasons FACT

Came on massively under us last season. We play football the way Tottenham would want him to play, he knows how we play so would slot right in and stay in the side in all likelihood throughout the season. Tottenham wouldn't care about whether we are at the top or not, those other factors are much more important to them.

Can agree with that to some extent. I sometimes wonder what we might have got for Andre Gray if we'd let him take pens last season, could have added 6-7 goals to his total, taking him from 17 to 23-24. He probably would have got a lot more attention and a Premier League move.

I hate the greedy c*** but McCormack is a better striker, he proves it every season for the last 3 years

31 goals one year, I think 4 were pens

isn't he currently top scorer again or is it Gray? I know it's close

how bad were we on Tuesday night mate?

was it smash and grab on our part? I only seen the stats on bet365, didn't listen or watch, they reckon we had 40% possession and 3 shots on target 4 off?

Often not true, though. Premier League clubs will always look to loan their players to successful sides first. How many times have we seen players have a successful loan spell at one club only to be recalled and loaned out again to a team higher up?
