You'd like to think after this amount of time that means we've come to some sort of agreement on wages. Assuming it's true of course
£2M according to the B'mouth forum.
I wonder if he can bring Grabban with him? Once we get Matthews and a centre half through the door, these 2 would have me genuinely hopeful for next season.

With premier league teams sniffing around him, no chance we'd get him. Wages likely to be higher than Tomlin's too.
He probably would've attempted to fund for CA's wages imo

A single unitary authority for urban Dorset
2.2m for Tomlin, take that.
His thread can hopefully get back to non Tomlin related chat once the bugger finally naffs off!

He's just not for me, I fear that come January he will be well on the way to setting up a move else where.

From what I have heard bar Peterborough he been disruptive and I didn't like his king dick attitude

Almost as astounding as the prospect of signing Lee fucking Tomlin being the highlight of your summer. :hesk:
In true SERNWA style - 'you'd kill for a player of that quality wunt, you'

Tidy. We'll take any Tomlin discussion to the 'Unofficial Bristol City Thread' if you wouldn't mind then Ciderheads, just so we aren't forcing it down the throat of other fans on here.

Cheers.

I would rather Jet back then pay 2.2 and what 28-30k a week for Tomlin.

His loan here was a shop window display, he won't even sit on the bench once the city fans get on his back, you know what the fans at the gate are like

We launched our home kit last night with striker Elias Kachunga announced as signing on a season long loan with a view to a permanent deal from FC Inglostadt in Germany.

Totally unknown one, not been massively prolific but he must have something about him for Inglostadt to sign him last year for over £1million in the Bundesliga.

Potential Wells replacement? Who knows

Slipped under the radar a little bit, mainly because it's very underwhelming but we've signed Dan Burn on a free. Wonder if Jake Buxton's decided to have one more crack at Derby with the new manager coming in leading us to get someone else. Not impressed with Burn simply because he's no better than anything we already have at centre back and Fulham fans aren't complimentary. Then again it wouldn't be Wigan if we didn't sign at least one player that all our fans end up hating and with Barnett released we need a new donkey in defence. :D

Tomlin a step backwards? I've heard it all now. He'd make an impact in most sides in this division.

Ashley Fletcher linked quite strongly too.

On what evidence?

He had a run at Peterborough then only lasted a year at Middlesbrough & few matches at Bournemouth, his track record is very poor since becoming "Lee Tomlin" over inflated ego of a lazy footballer

His Peterborough career was mostly league 1 aso well, the question needs to be asked that if you wasn't at Peterborough with the sales team they have would he be this big deal he thinks he is now?

Sorry I just don't see or feel the same way about him as most of the other city fans

'Only lasted a year'

He was their player of the season before being bought for £3m plus.

The fact that he performed at Peterborough at this level, his performances for boro got him him a move to PL Bournemouth ( god that sounds weird) ?
And he was unbelievable for us when he signed.

I'd also be very surprised if we were offering anything close to the figures quoted. If he's on that at Bournemouth he won't be taking a step down and expecting the same amount.

Unbelievable for the last 6 games maybe before that he was sluggish disinterested and throwing his weight around

He was being a dick there

Player of the season means nothing my player of the season is a lot different then the official player of the year

Same happened at Bournemouth and what he going to relegation fodder City and going to be happy there fighting at the bottom for mid table lol.

Looking at the class of 14/15 it's easy to see how Mr Flick on duped fans
