He shit it.....then never touched the ball. Hope he breaks a leg, the fucking coward

You must have been watching a different game then because he was the second best player on the pitch yesterday after Paul Gallagher.

Fletcher on Pearson from behind now that was a cowards challenge.

We've made a 2.5m bid (plus add-ons) for Henri Lansbury

Yeah, because of his injury and he's only got 6 months left on his contract. Massive blow for us financially as we were getting bids of c.£8m lined up before he got injured. Same with Jota. Huge financial blow for a club like ours.

If we had a shot of play offs I would say we'd probably keep hold of him for 6 months but we don't so we'll get whatever money we can.

Ah, wasn't aware of his contract situation. Would think you'd still get more than that for him though.

I was hoping for £2.5m, but we'd probably be pretty happy with £1.5m, doubt we'll get more than £1m.

Should get a sell on fee included though.

Generous offer considering the situation, not sure why everybody's got beef.
Tie him down to a contract and this doesn't happen, their own fault tbh. Sounds like he's keen.

I'd rather us not like, already got Butterfield who's a bit of a luxury and Lansburys got the injuries on top.

Just think how much it will piss them off though if you sign their best player and then sit him on your bench.

Glenn Murray's loan at Brighton expected to be made permanent very shortly.

Hopefully we can get a few quid out of them, for gifting them so many goals so far this season! Although should they get promoted, he'll be naff once they get up. But first things first.

We've sent Jake Kean out on loan to Mansfield for the rest of the season, 4th choice keeper was a pretty pointless signing really. The first of quite a few we will be moving on I expect.

Told today that we're in for Danny Ward of Rotherham, but so are Ipswich. Would be funny if he came here, just to boil SERNWA's piss.

Think we've made an enquiry for Hourihane and Winnall .... I'd expect a big fuck off.

I'd go for Ward, stand out in a poor side.

Hoping its true because with more than 1 club interested we can turn into an auction type situation and squeeze as much money has we can.

We've told clubs to bid £15m for Hogan or f*** off, we're pretty good at getting our valuations, and there's a lot of interest so we'll see.

Also it Lansbury is worth £2.5m or more with 6 months left on his contract then we should be asking for at least that for Judge.

Interest at this end for Callum Wilson. Still dubious that we do need a striker considering we only ever play one up top.

Chronicle also claiming that we've made a loan move for Cleverley

He could possibly do with dropping back to the Championship for a period because he hasn't recovered his full pace and touch since injury. But it would only be a loan though, I highly doubt we'd sell unless for a silly offer (more than Ritchie).

Any actual action in City jjh?

Ashton is no where to be seen
Not heard anything other than Wright & Ward mate but if we're going to do most of our business overseas it'll be kept under wraps.

This Duric's goal record is hardly inspiring mind but we'll see how he gets on.

Some right morons on the Wolves forum at the moment. One of the finest I've just read:

"Do Bristol still want Joe Mason? I think we could get them to do a straight swap for Tammy Abraham. Also I think we could sign Rhodes for 2m, we could get playoffs with his goals."

Some people shouldn't be allowed to access the internet.

I can't tell which part of that is funnier, tammy Abraham being Bristol citys player, Rhodes being 2 million or wolves getting the play-offs

happy new year

Jordan Willis was apparently at Ashton Gate the other day, left out of their squad today with an "injury" :pond:

Forest rejected our bid for Lansbury (as you'd expect, with it being us). Watford expected to come in with a similar bid to ours in the next few days.

Doesn't seem like a Watford Pozzo style signing?
