Wouldn't be too unhappy with Keogh, plenty of experience at this level and internationally. Adds extra competition and depth, especially if we plan to use a 3 at the back system next season, if the rumoured fee is correct though that is very worrying.

I like Keogh and it'll be another player leaving that wouldn't be top of my list for first to go. He's a good player at this level, despite the well advertised Wembley mishap.

Sounds as if we're flogging Ince to Huddersfield now, might as well give another top player bargain away.

George Boyd seems to be the latest rumour, played 36 times for Burnley in the Premier League last season so I think it would be a really good signing. However he isn't the quick winger I was hoping we'd look at that can stretch teams, and allow us to counter attack at times. Suppose we'll have to wait and see.

Florian Jozefzoon has signed a new contract with us, now no longer out of contract at the end of the season. Brilliant news.

Now just need to get Dean and Jota signed up.

Barnsley signed Ethan Pinnock. Great signing from the little I've watched of him, Barnsley's recruitment has been decent again so far.

I read that Roberts was off to Birmingham. That's a loss for Barnsley.

Former Chelsea captain John Terry has agreed to join Aston Villa, sources close to the player have told ESPN FC.

According to the sources, Terry has informed other interested clubs that he has decided to join Villa and the move is expected to be finalised over the weekend.

Villa have been leading the chase for Terry with Steve Bruce keen to bring the former England star to Villa Park for next season.

Terry is a free agent after leaving Chelsea once his contract expired at Stamford Bridge earlier this summer.

The 36-year-old opted to leave Chelsea after 22 years when after finding himself playing a bit-part role with Antonio Conte's side last season.

Terry considered hanging up his boots, but he has now opted to continue his career in the Championship with Villa.

A number of clubs at home and abroad had expressed an interest in Terry, but Villa have acted swiftly to secure the defender after the former England captain held talks with Bruce on holiday this summer.

Terry will become Villa's first acquisition of the summer and is expected to sign a one-year deal at the club, with the player snubbing other Premier League interest as he did not want to come up against Chelsea next season.

Apparently had the medical today, fee of between £3.5m to £5m. Hoping Burnley don't hijack the deal at the last minute, think that's dependant on them selling Keane though.
