Didn't think you lot had much in the bank? or would it be conditional on the sale of Vydra?

Good buy for you either way. Thought you lacked a bit of pace out wide last season, and Flo has that in bundles. Very sad to see him go, but a good move for all involved.

Gwion Edwards to Ipswich and Darren Sidoel to Reading - I wouldn't have minded them at the Swans, shrewd signings.

Bank's not the issue, breaking FFP is. We should have room to play with after releasing a lot of big money players, the Weimann fee and 3 mill for Rowett and his staff..

I imagine if we want Marriott at Peterborough then we'll have to shift Vydra.

I think we needed a couple of wingers so glad we're going after them/getting them. Like SPP said though it is a shame for Luke Thomas who has been brilliant for our under 23's.

Chris Maxwell possibly going to Sheff Utd.

I'd be pissed off if we sell him to a divisional rival unless a top replacement is lined up.

Think this Sheff Utd link might be old news, had interest at the start of the summer but they have Henderson now. Although they've just got rid of George Long too.

Peter O'Rourke claiming we've enquired about Kayden Jackson at Accrington, I know nothing about him.

Are there even any Accy fans on here?

QPR close to signing Trent Sainsbury. Looked solid in Australia's world cup games.

Just from listening to Radio Lancashire after games last year I know they rated him very highly, big strong pacey striker.

Supposedly a £4-4.5m fee, happy with that, though would have liked to replace him with Storey, missed the boat there

If it's any consolation, Storey has looked very good so far :)

to be fair, you always sign players I want so it's about time we got one before you.

Wasn’t too disappointed at the time as we got Konsa. Bit greedy to want both I guess haha

Doesn't look like someone who will challenge in the air and batter defenders, which is what I thought Neil was looking for. Seems rapid from clips i've seen though.

Got to say our DoFs are magic. £4m for a CB who's probably 3rd choice, and cost us nothing. £3m for a winger who was brilliant last year, but arguably is also 3rd choice, injury prone, in his last 12 months of his deal, and cost us a nominal fee (under £200k).

Pays for both of our signings to date, basically their replacements, (Konsa & Benrahma) with a little bit of profit.

People may have mocked when Warburton left because of our recruitment changes, but they haven't put a foot wrong the last couple of years.

Ours is £1.5m
Ours is difficult to say, the record at the moment is £2.5m, but there are a few where there are clauses that could take it over (Benrahma can rise to £2.9m, Konsa can rise to £3.5m, Rico Henry can rise to £5m - though very unlikely to).
