Everyone thought Woodburn would be decent and look how that's worked out. Hopefully this is the opposite

yeah but Woodburn was over-rated because he managed a tap in vs Leeds in the FA cup, the amount of OTT reaction to him slotting one in from 6 yards was ridiculous

Dowell’s proven at this level though.

Not because of that, it was because of his goal against some shit nation for Wales when he’d just come off the bench. Was a cracking strike in fairness.

How is Washington doing with you?

Looks like he doesn’t have enough quality for any team trying to gain promotion from the Championship however he does work hard and has a great attitude doing the dirty work for the team. So he receives reasonable support from our fans when he comes on, not played much though.

Josh Ginnelly has had his medicial and it seems a done deal from Walsall, never heard of the guy tbh.

Peter O'Rourke also reporting that we've activated the buyout clause for Exeter's Jayden Stockley, although Pompey might be his first choice as he lives in Poole and has just had a kid.

Might be reviving a loan deal for Collin Quaner too.

Quiet transfer window coming up for us - not surprising given where we are in the league.

We’ll probably try to sell a few of the guys who will be out of contract (Judge, Macleod, Barbet) and then get by with what we have plus B teamers

Looking at WBA's Olly Burke, Exeter's Jayden Stockley and Tom Eaves of Gillingham. Also interested in getting Ben Marshall back on loan, given his move to Norwich has gone sour.

Ginnelly looks to be a done deal.

Had interest from other clubs for Pearson, Browne, Robinson, Davies but unless anything drastically changes none of them will be off.

Josh Ginnely has gone to Preston and Walsall have replaced him with Matt Jarvis... bit of a fall from grace for him

Splashing the cash already, Walsall fans saying he cost us £25k + a sell on.

Definite work in progress, Alex Neil said he reminds him of Robinson two years ago.

Kourtney Hause going to Villa on a permanent transfer. He's a better rapper than he is a footballer

Hearing we’re one of the teams who have activated the Stockley release clause, but we won’t be offering the best wages so will depend on him wanting to come here over more attrative options financially.

Do one Brentford, you already have strikers who can walk unassisted.

Stockley has banged them in at Exeter but was absolute gash at Aberdeen, bit of a Marc Mcnulty signing that one.

I'm happy to gamble at £750k, only started 8 games at Abderdeen so hard to judge.

If we were 10 or so points adrift in the Screwfix League I wouldn’t pin my hopes on this bit of business keeping us up, let alone the Championship...

Scored a couple on loan for us... about 4 years ago. That was after about 2 knee injuries, god knows how many he's on now.

Marc McNulty is so bad he can't even get a game for a team struggling to field a striker in the first place!
