Well sure it might not help but still no much excuse for being 4-0 down at half time v Colchester who are hardly high flyers.

Anyway in your game Accington are winning the second half!
Yeah, different match in the second half that. Hard to sustain that level of dominance coming back out after half time and gave away a couple of sloppy goals. Overall though, can't argue with five goals and a home win when you're on a run of six or seven or however many it was straight home defeats.

Terrible. We are in a bad place right now. We've absolutely regressed since last year. Very worryingly bad performance that. Like, really bad. Dons had to do absolutely fuck all to beat us 3-0

Bloody 'ell, 33 goals on a Tuesday night.
Swindon & Carlisle (two of our big beasts) now languish in auto relegation spots.
And Port Vale have points in bag but others have games in hand.
Not even Xmas and the tension is already visible.

I've just seen Steven Clemence's dog walk past my house.

Would've absolutely taken the point pre match and it stops the rot, and the fact we saw out those 3 or 4 corners in added time must be a boost because that's been a killer for us recently.

We still create next to nothing though and in all honesty that was a painful 90 minutes of football generally.

One to forget, or the latest in a few worrying performances recently? They were bang average today and turned a training run out into a 3-0. There's issues with this team I'm not sure a few players coming back from injury can fix. Cook has to take all the blame for today idc

We played ok tonight, first goal against the run of play. But, if you keep being a bit unucky perhaps you're not unlucky just not quite good enough.
Fair to say another hallmark of the Burchnall teams. Still, I'm not overreacting to a one goal defeat away from home against 2nd in the league with the team we had out, we need a win soon though.

Good battling point - deserved that. Dreadful start and grifted Wimbledon 2 goals. Good comeback - ref got the big calls correct. Donkey O’Toole prob cost his team 2 points, and clear pen at the death which we converted for a change.

Thought we deserved that 2nd half. Looked the better team but the ball just wouldn't fall for us. Disappointed that we didn't impose ourselves on a spirited but very limited Cheltenham team. They didn't really offer much second half at all apart from the goal.

Feel like if we'd have set up more positively, we could have won. But that's the way we play....pragmatic and fine margins.

Huge game against Walsall.

Go away Stuart, I beg.

Properly bad league this, mind. Two rotten teams out there tonight, although the second half was fairly entertaining at least.

Phew! Fully deserved point but made that hard for ourselves, for all the positives defensively Monday to concede that goal tonight was horrific, after that it was all one way traffic and the subs again made a positive impact but looked like we had run out of time.

That three minutes must have been an error, the time wasting from the keeper was ridiculous so got their just deserts in the end with a stunner from Ronan from range in off the bar.

We just keep finding a way, similar to Accrington but we really need to be winning games like tonight as they were very limited and first half was probably the poorest we’ve played this season.

Another game closer to getting our key midfielders back from injury though and that should help massively.

Im fairly confident we’d have beaten MK tonight with a full strength side out so I wouldn’t agree with that. The difference just the three of Naylor, Dunkley & Tanton would have made to that side would have been huge, never mind the other 8 unavailable!. Let’s also not forget that Oldaker stupidly got himself sent off about 25 mins into the game when it was only 1-0 to them and Mandeville had just had a 1 on 1 saved.

I agree Cook made mistakes tonight, and I’m as pissed off as the next person with tonight’s game, but let’s have a bit of perspective and not go over board after a loss away at MK (who let’s have it right are a very good side themselves and have just won 6 on the bounce) with 11 unavailable and playing with 10 men for over an hour

Absolutely boggling how there is room in the squad to register and play Horton but not Hobson btw

Hobson will be recalled & back Saturday I reckon with Oldaker now suspended and Cook confirming that Naylor won’t be fit for the weekend.

Leaves us with literally just Banks fit and available in there.

We didn’t really do too badly tonight, though all over the place from the keeper and the defence in the second half. We can’t seem to manage the art of defending solidly and looking dangerous up front together, it’s always one or the other.

I’m saying nothing about the head coach, other than with previous owners it would feel like he was on a death spiral, no idea with these though.

Hard watch tonight. Like a porno featuring Mandy Dingle and Pat Butcher. I can't stand watching anymore of Alexander's football. Piss off, ya fooking dinosaur.

Yeah I went 3-0 on Bobs. I’m normally pretty optimistic but we are bare bones and MK are top of the form table.

Well. It played out 3-0 although the Red card had a huge part to play. We had a decent go with 10 men but never really in it from that point. Cook too slow with the subs. Oldaker should walk home.

I'd argue you didn't really deserve that. We should have been a couple more up. It's was Hus Bilyer who cost the point not O tool.
Well done on your point but I was surprised how poor you were. A frustrating game.

3-0 now, Alex Gilbey with his second from a Tom Carroll assist. Perfect evening if we can keep the clean sheet (something we are yet to do under Lindsey and Chesterfield have been unlucky too with two shots off the post in the 2nd half…)

Not that it mattered, looked miles offside?

We conspired to turn a 3-0 win into 3-2, the Walsall way to keep us all one step away from a heart palpitation. Didn't think County would score unless we handed it to them on a plate, and we did for both goals. Though County could possibly say the same in reverse.

The Cannock Cannavaro scoring direct from a corner wasn't on my bingo list! Okagbue was a man monster.

Thought both second goals for both teams were pee-rollers that both keepers got down for in instalments.

County exactly what I expected, lovely in that 2 second third of the pitch but dodgy in the first third and non-existent in the last. The inverted wing backs was so strange as it was clearly not working too - that would have driven me mad if that was us. Thought McGoldrick looked good and was surprised at the legs he still has, was motoring around way better than Jamma does.

Huge, huge 3 points though, and sets us up nicely for Vale. Slowly starting to believe this team has the bollocks needed.

Was referring to O’Toole sitting on our keeper for your disallowed goal. We had the better chances I thought - Hudlin and Jeohcott should have buried a couple. 2 pretty ordinary teams overall. Fair result.

Not sure that's a fair comparison. I've seen that porno and thought it was decent although I'd had 6 pints. I'd had 10 tonight and still thought it was shit.

Nah, played on by one if not two defenders because of the perfectly timed pass from Carroll.

Really? Watched the second half on the box and the replay a few times - looked off by a couple yards each time
