Big home game tomorrow for us v Barnsley, we dicked them 3-0 at theirs but that was mostly because they didn’t turn up from what I recall, so I expect it to be a very different game tomorrow.

I don’t expect them to be catchable at this stage, but a win or a draw would keep confidence high - a big ask as they’re #1 in the form table, but we’ll see.

Hopefully some of our walking wounded will be back for tomorrow, we were down to the bare bones on Tuesday and had 3 dev squad players on the bench.

Can’t see us getting anything tonight. Autos definitely gone after recent games. Hopefully form can pick up again after the pizza final so we can take some momentum into the playoffs (if we stay in them).

Not sure how we are level. Other than opening 5 mins Wednesday have been much better. We’ve had lots of the ball but been really sloppy. Wednesday look like creating a good chance every time the go forward. Bigger and stronger than us all over the pitch

Bigger and stronger other than Santos I should have said. He’s been immense

Didn't even cheer for hat goal, so despondent over the last 30 minutes, still back in it somehow,

I don’t think you have been that bad. Didn’t look like scoring til you actually did but you’ve knocked it about reasonably well. We have been a bit sloppy but not overly worried.

We usually do knock it about quite well but we lack that cutting edge in the big games. I thought for a good 20 mins before we scored we looked way off it. We weren’t winning any second balls. Your set pieces all on the money. We could have been 2/3 down had it not been for Santos and Trafford.

If you are going to dive, dive when you might get a penalty, Charles doesn't know how to cheat properly, sad indictment on today's game, he should have shot

Big improvement from us second half. Thought we were probably worthy of a point in the end and certainly didn’t expect to say that before the game and after 35 minutes today.

Not great tonight but can’t expect to be every week. Another point gained. Most disappointing thing is the injury to Windass and maybe Gregory. Leaves us with 1 fit striker.

I expected the unbeaten run to go in one of Charlton, Posh, Pompey, Bolton and Barnsley. 4 down, 1 to go. If we can get through that unscathed we’ve got quite a generous run in on paper.

I was also massively impressed by Boltons keeper.

Blades were also at home in the league originally and they had moved a previous fixture class to a Friday so it was our turn. 29,302 not too bad

Yeah unfortunately Man City own him. He’ll play at prem level and maybe even for England. He’s in the u21s squad.

Santos immense too at the back. One of his best ever games in a Bolton shirt.

I’d need to see it again but also thought we should have had a penalty when Charles went through and Flint took him out? Not sure why he’d go down if he wasn’t touched because he was in a great position

Just goes to show why Wednesday are top. Seemingly not at their best again but didn't lose and kept the points ticking over.

Our goal was against the run of play and took a nick which did Trafford but their goal came from their only shot on target and like ours deflected in.

Picked up 2 knocks which doesn't help, big week ahead with 3 aways in 8 days...

Bolton played decent without much threat

Be interesting to see where Trafford plays next season. Will surely be in the second tier with or without Bolton.

Kennedy said we were pretty injury free at his Thursday press conference but we're missing Walsh (as expected) but also Vernam, Shodipo and Poole so we've got our 5th or 6th choice CM at RB today and a particularly weak bench overall.

I posted that before kick off watching on i follow and then when it did start I realised it was a big crowd, particularly for a Friday night game., seemed a good atmosphere. especially in the first half. Goes without saying there would have been even more on a Saturday

Pne if woodman is sold
I've thought this too. Our record with loan keepers is excellent.

Rudd & Johnstone in L1, then Pickford & Iversen in the Championship.

Same XI as last week which is unsurprising.

Wilson back on the bench so looks like last week was precautionary and gives us a big option.

No Benning in the squad is a surprise but Sammy did enough last week to keep his place. Just hope Sammy that has all the trickery and quality turns up and not the Sammy who couldn’t trap cement at Morecambe!

Tom Bayliss joins Dan Udoh and George Nurse in being out for the season. Kylian Phillips out again and Saydee is clearly injured yet we’ve put him on the bench as we’re that stretched. Again not a full bench named and a few youth team players amongst them. Never known a season where we’ve been buggered with injuries as much as this one.

Gonna be a long, long, long afternoon at Portman Road I fear.

No striker in our starting xi, with 4 of our January signings who all cost a fee on the bench despite us being down to the bare bones. Says a lot for the mess we've made of our squad.
