Is it over yet? No? Oh FFS, alright then....
A mere two fixtures, presumably late rearrangements because of the Tinpot, since Peterborough and ourselves are involved.
Our game amazingly is still of marginal importance to Cambridge, since they can still mathematically go down if they lose both their remaining games and Cheltenham win both of theirs.
I would have said that didn't have a cat in hell's chance of happening once upon a time, but now it's just "unlikely".
Once upon a time, although Posh have had random unpredictable glitches of massive shitness, you'd have thought that they would brush Chelts aside here, but it's as good as given that the PUFC side is going to be an "experimental" one, in order not to risk key players in advance of the upcoming playoffs.

Similarly, Chelts' final day fixture against Stevenage once looked a much tougher prospect than it does now, with Fatboy having fucked off and Stevenage having nothing to play for.
For our part, although Exeter have made an even more shameful job of this since they currently sit top of the form table, we appear not to understand the concept of "on the beach" and have seemingly left it until the games didn't matter to stumble upon 2 points per game promotion form.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying we're any great shakes, and most of the recent wins have been against the poorer sides (Vale, Shrews, Carlisle). But the point being, there is no sense that we've given up (the Shrews and Vale results actually mattered to those teams, they didn't to us).
