I have an irrational dislike for Crawley. Never been able to explain why, hence the irrational nature I guess.

Hopefully we smash them like a worm underfoot a farmers' welly but we'll probably lose feebly.

Take the night off FGR, you did all the hard work on Saturday.

A win here and we could end the night back in the top 7 which after all the injuries and Covid etc would be a great achievement. Going to be hard for us but just in the way styles make fights our way of playing has in recent times managed to nullify FGR. Whether we can do it without Conlon and Gibbons remains to be seen.

Yes, you had us properly worked out so if you can do it again every chance. Wonder if we'll try something different with that in mind? Expect not as obv it's mostly working. Think Adams might be back in midfield after Gambia's run at AFCON ending.

First games after close of transfer window.
Every club will be hoping they've done good business.
Tuesday will show whether that be the case.
Therefore might be big turnaround in some club's fortunes in 2nd half season.

We look as though we will have had an excellent window if we can get either Tyrese Simpson or Kaine Kessler Hayden back tomorrow. Rumours from the chairman that there is a "big" signing on Monday so hopefully one of those two. Add to the fact that Jack Payne might be back for Tuesday or Saturday and the squad is then back to full strength. 5 of our next 7 are at home and we need to make it count. We have to win 4 of the 5 with only one draw starting on Tuesday against Crawley. We rarely keep a clean sheet so going for a 3-1 home win

We've not scored or won for 6 games in a row, barely create chances and are playing a load of kids. If you have any sort of experience in central midfield you will beat us.

I am hearing their is a meeting today with our board and Jackett, either they all bite the damn bullet and bring at least 3 experienced players in 2 CMs and 1 striker or we will be basically seeing out the season by hoping we get enough points to stay up.

I have never seen the wheels come off an Orient team as quick as this one.

What's happened to your lot. I had you down as Champions in the summer after appointing Jackett and starting so well

Away at Swindon...who have a fan with an irrational hate for us! Could it be that last minute Torres goal that knocked them out of the FA Cup 10-12 years ago? Something that still ranks among my top five moments watching Crawley!

So many injuries. We may be back with a back four as we are running out of centre halfs. We started the season with so many. I'm worried about Tunnicliffe playing three games of ninety minutes on the trot after being out since the first 30 minutes of the season but we may not have anyone else.

Mark Marshall may start. According to those there he turned the game when he came off the bench v Bradford.

This may be the Jack Payne derby. One each as a result would make me happy.

Tough game this one! Oddly there are some parallels with the first meeting this season, we are out of form and FGR come into it on the back of walloping someone (Crawley on that occasion).

Would be very Vale to double FGR but get doubled by Oldham or something.

Hopefully the win yesterday boosts confidence but with all the new signings and a catastrophic injury list to key players it will be a big ask.

Point would be acceptable. Three magnificent.

We’ve generally played very well against FGR in recent season with the high press going back to the covid season so hopefully that can continue.

The win down there really kick started the season and we need another kick start.

You’d say Barrow at home is a game you have to win if you’re going to get into the automatics. Pretty nervous about it.

BarraMatt has made me feel even more worried by predicting a defeat for the Bluebirds

What else do you want me to predict after our last three results? :bg:

Not sure, I haven't been to many away games this season and won't be there tomorrow due to work. I'd imagine somewhere around the hundred mark.

I dont remember losing to you in the FA Cup to be honest, we've lost to so many non-league sides in recent memory that cup exits to 'minnows' all moulds into one. Maybe it was the era where you were battling with us in the league under Di Canio and Steve Evans, or maybe it was the fact I was charged (I suspect incorrectly) £8 for a bacon roll at your place a few years back. I've no real reason, I just don't like Crawley, it's a bit similar for my dislike for Stevenage.

Depending on the 1 or 2 we sign tomorrow our squad is looking strong for the end of season run in. Jack Payne has been out injured and I don't think he'll feature tomorrow.

Much of the same. Turgid toothless crap after a dire failure of a transfer window, and this will be yet another defeat which will give the current bottom 2 real cause for optimism.

Really hope Bradford trounce us 6-0.

Get rid of this dinosaur Jackett now.

Don't think we've scored from a shot in the last 6 or 7 games, 1 goal from a fluke cross and that's it.

I've rarely been so bored with an Orient team and that is saying something.

Jackett out.

A combination of many things:

- No league game for 5 weeks due to covid postponements, causing rusty players.
- Losing 2 of our best players in Craig Clay and Tom James for the rest of the season.
- Our January signings have mainly been young and inexperienced central midfielders who are struggling to settle/adapt - not helped by Jacketts inability/stubborness to find a better solution in terms of team shape and selections.
- Our squad didn't have much depth in it when the season started and now its catching up with us, we have alot of inexperienced players.
- Kenny Jackett is too stubborn to change systems to accomodate the changes to the squad.

All teams go through sticky patches, this is cetainly ours and confidence is low. We lost 2 games against Colchester and Oldham to postponements which both at the time were very winnable, now both have different managers so it all changes.

Darren Pratley also appears to not be in favour and not being selected for some strange reason. So things aren't exactly great right now.

If we're not losing by the third minute, it'll be an improvement.

Thanks for the insight. All that said, as long as you aren't more than a goal down at half time, you will come away with at least a point.

We have a horrible habit at Valley Parade of sitting very deep in the 2nd half trying to protect a 1 goal lead, we are usually unsuccessful.

The first 'Adams out' chants heard yesterday which will only intensify if he persists with his dreadful tactic of sitting deep after taking the lead.

It's got 1-1 all over this game

Not a league game but we play Spalding away in the County cup, a United game that’s local, can’t wait even though Spalding would probably beat our First team.

Quick chance for Rovers to bounce back from Saturday's drubbing with a home game v Stevenage. Won't be easy, like last season this game been postponed from when the visitors were in poor form to a time when they've gone on a decent run. Hoping we don't lose it like last time. Probably only a couple of changes from the FGR game. Too hard to call.

We have added some depth with a few pacey signings in the last few days, looks to have given us a boost after our drop in form post Covid.

Feeling pretty confident we could go on a bit of a run that hopefully started from Saturday. Apparently we want one or two more in tomorrow also, although assume they wont be registered in time for them to play.

Gonna go for a 2-0 home win.

Bit like when Hartlepool hadn't won away all season or scored in hours of football, only to come here and score after 50 seconds and batter us for ninety minutes. It's a Bradford City thing. It's like we were created by a higher power to end other team's shite results. You'll be fine.

To be fair any team managed at any point by Steve Evans deserve to be universally despised.
