A few comments:

Brum v Bolton - could be interesting, whilst Bolton are underachieving with their resources, you can’t write them off.

Gas v Shrews - is it too early to call this a relegation six-pointer? Maybe, but…

Posh v Blackpool - think Posh really need to stop being the defensive disaster zone of the division, otherwise you have to wonder whether Ferguson isn’t flirting with the sack. Again. Before they re-appoint him 18 months later.

Steve Nidge v Cambridge - presume this is considered a localish grudge match rather than a proper derby, but will be interested to see if CUFC can mount a mini-recovery after a decent result, or whether Monk is still on majorly thin ice.

We have Burton away - playing the rock-bottom team of any division is a thankless task, win and people go, “oh well it’s only <whoever the bottom team is>”, lose and it’s, “oh well it was a banana skin, they’re fighting for their lives, blah blah”.

So far this season I wouldn’t say we’ve underestimated anyone/ failed to turn up so hopefully that continues.

I’ve banged on about this before but I think what’s doing us favours this season is our strength in depth. We are carrying injuries but so far have been able to ride them out with decent replacements, rather than mediocre squad players who we’re only playing cos we have to.

Yeah, localish grudge match covers it well. It's got edge and it's one of the easiest away days, but I don't think we think about them at any other point aside from when we play them. They are a bunch of twats, mind. They yearn to have a scrap with Woking and Barnet, so you know, levels.

Anyway after last year's two shitshows at Broadhall Way, not sure we're going to sell out our allocation this time. Plenty vowed not to return.

In terms of on the pitch, we seldom do well there but the boost of getting out first win off our backs must help. Get a similar level of intensity from our side as Saturday, and if Korey Smith has the quality he showed yesterday, we might actually get something from this.

I'd take a point all day long, and then Burton on Saturday, so a week could make a massive difference.

Last time we played at your place (nearly 20 years!)there was a fan protest on the pitch and bucket collections outside but I hear it’s a slightly different vibe these days.
We have bounced back a bit after a bad run of form but Barnsley and especially Rovers played a part in helping us out with that so Tuesday will be a good test of where we are at, we have about 5 1st team players out atm but coping ok so far. We are capable of winning this but equally capable of folding going off our season so far.

Heard that Reading have sold out the away end, which is incredible for a midweek game.
Love to keep our run going bit this won't be easier. Hopefully Magennis will start

Pressure on us. I'm partly nervous for Tuesday night. Seen a bit of Crawleys last 2 games and they look dreadful from set pieces and so open and poor at the back. We'll happily let them have the ball and hopeful punish them on the counter. Happily take a 1-0 win. Expect a goal from set pieces.

We've got a few more players back recently with Hackett, Hamilton and also Ring playing more minutes. Showing our strength in depth.

Unsure how the injuries are for Jackson and Makama.

We should have a go at Wigan Tuesday, feel like they are a similar team to Stevenage so I would not fancy our chances if they take the lead.

We have anything between 0-6 players injured............We have no clue on when they return
Then we have a manager who cannot do his job because he is yet banned again
Again against Burton we played 2 in midfield...................Aintree next Sunday
Give up away in the pandemic...........Moving away from football to going racing
Never ever thought i would say that
