We’re favourites? Laughable. Only thing that’ll hold any interest is whether we lose 0-1 or 0-2.

We just have to beat Scunny. Our away record is pretty decent this year so fingers crossed we can nick it. IFollow for me as I won’t leave work early enough to get up there for kick off.

A narrow 1-0 win for set piece FC, and we’ll climb to second.

In the last four games we’ve faced all the teams in the top 3 and taken points off them. It’s these kind of games on Tuesday where there is more expectation on us we really have to capitalise.

I want to see us go all out and impose ourselves on this from the start. We’re almost back at full strength now with only Conlon of our main players to return. Obviously some match fitness needs to be built up. I think the next few weeks we are going to learn where we really stand in the promotion race.

Very glad we don’t have to face Jake Beesley though. Would say he’s the striker who impressed me most of any opposition this season.

Free scoring Harrogate will have a field day against our lot on Tuesday.

We only have 1 available centre back available, and that's a Wrexham reject who has looked totally out of his depth in the few games he has played, another of Adams shocking recruits. Songo'o will be the other at centre back, again playing out of position because Adams sold club captain Canavan without replacing him in January, and another very underwhelming summer recruit.

0-3 to Harrogate

Strange game at our place against Rochdale, should of been about 4-0 up before they scored then had one of those defensive mares where everything came into the box was a problem, thankfully Beesley isn’t there to bully Martin again!

It’s a big game, one where a win would really thrust us into the play off mix and close in on Mansfield, Sutton and Newport (and Swindon if they slip up) ahead of two games against relegation threatened sides.

Looking at form though of the 12 games Vale and Dale have played between them in recent weeks 8 have been draws so probably more the likely result.

Hopefully with the returning Gibbons and Proctor who proved massive yesterday we can get a result here.

If we keep it below double figures in the next three games with Kelleher and Songo'o at CB then I'll be impressed.

What's gone off at your place.
4 long term injuries.
6 weeks without playing due to our opponents calling games off due to covid.
Numerous injuries, illnesses & covid within our own camp since the new year.
Our board and investors lining up crap January signings which Jackett doesn't know how to use right.
Jackett not able to adapt to losing our better players through injuries.
Not enough experienced squad depth in midfield, Right Back or up front.

Our board need to take full blame for this, their arrogance of thinking we could continue on with such an inexperienced squad in terms of depth has well and truly bitten them on the arse, at one point we only had 5 players over the age of 24 in our starting squad - the rest didn't have the needed experience and it shows. Jackett sets us out not to concede but we never, ever look like scoring and we keep conceding goals from set plays and losing 1-0.

£150k invested into our team in January and all the signings we made apart from Otis Khan have been crap.

Jackett hasn't got a clue how to work with our youngsters and the squad as whole stopped running for him weeks and weeks ago, lose both home games this week and he will be gone.

IF you beat Scunthorpe that would leave them 9 points behind us and having played 2 games more than us and with a goal difference at least 24 worse than ours... so we could forget about them for a month or so....
so please beat them!

I doubt you'll beat us 4-0 like you did on Saturday, we're always "in" games but don't look like scoring - mainly down to the squad clearly not giving a shit anymore.

I'd imagine you'll score from a set play at some point and see the game out to win 1-0.

Feel a lot more optimistic these days going into away games, Colchester have lost to the decent teams recently and drew with the dross, really need Sterry and Ferguson back, both make our team tick, even one back would be a boost.

Going for an optimistic 0-2 win

Given this latest storm seems the worst of the lot I expect our game at Rochdale is going to be very at risk of being postponed again. Something could really do without. If it is hopefully they make an early call on it to avoid any unnecessary travel.

I'm a mile from the ground. Last night was pretty bad, and the river was in danger of bursting its banks again; but it's forecast to ease during the day and be quite calm tomorrow. Unless there has been damage to the stadium due to the high winds or the pitch is flooded, we should be ok.

It doesn't seem long ago that we were bottom of the form table, now look at us...

But echo the above, come on scunny.

Sounds like Sterry might be out for a few games unfortunately. Not a fan of his backup, Reagan Ogle. Total headless chicken.

Never thought i'd say this but I'm buzzing to see us play Colchester. Public holiday on Wednesday, early starts/time difference mean I never catch the midweekers but I can watch this time. Now just for the storm to put the mockers on it?

Good chance of the win there as well. UTP.

Fingers crossed we can get a game on but that sounds like cause to be hopeful. If it is on just looking at the other fixtures tomorrow I expect all the other promotion chasers to win their games so we really don’t want to be slipping up. Not somewhere we have the greatest of records at but then same was true of yourselves at VP and that didn’t stop you winning so hopefully the opposite happens in this one.

Come on Brovers.

Hope you beat us by a proper margin so we can get Kenny gone.

Everyone at the Os, from the fans to the players, looks totally deflated, abject even.

At least during our dark times there was some anger, some bite to the fan base. At the moment everyone is so bored there's nothing going on.

Once again we won't score and the ground will be silent.

Would prefer Kenny Rogers over Kenny Jackett.

Working so it's Twitter only for me but my optimism has deflated a bit, Morris and White both picked up knocks and are doubtful, on top of Sterry, Ferguson, Grey, we really need a few of these to play tonight.
