The pre match discussion on radio Cumbria nowadays is just depressing. Trying desperately to explain our bad form and then just open wondering whether it will turn around.

Nobody wants to moan and blame coronavirus or the weather or postponements or anything, but I don't think anyone wants to lay into the players or manager who were getting so much praise in the first half of the season either. So it just becomes a debate that goes round in circles. Definitely feels like we're cursed at the moment so I'll blame that, it's the cursing stone again.

You can expect changes to the starting line up with all this midweek games but if we were winning I think everyone would say yeah, use your squad, give some players a rest. Do it when you're losing and it becomes another source of frustration.
