This is the first time in a while I’ve seen a midfield get on top of ours. Early days though. Tranmere look a confident team.

Walsall playing well and on top and should be 1 up at least. Awful mistake from Walsall's keeper to draw us level.

Very average game this. Neither team looked great.

We just look like we really don't fancy it at all. They are quicker to the ball all the time and when we have had it almost nobody running into space and we end up giving it away. By far the worst performance of the season this.

Should be out of sight here. Randall misses from under the bar, a couple fly just past the post, Bowman has one cleared off the line and fails to connect when clean through.
We will probably lose this now

Both teams kind of cancelling each other out really. Tranmere having more of the ball and as I mentioned getting on top of our midfield for good spells, but no real clear cut chances for either side. Feel like we need to up the pace a bit when we get on the ball.

Get the feeling this could be settled by a set piece or penalty.

I get that Askey will get criticism and for this performance rightly so but these are so called professionals and they don't seem to be showing much pride in their performance. Not even getting the basics right like controlling a ball or finding a man in the same coloured shirt.

Completely unacceptable.

HT 0-0 with both teams pretty much cancelling one another out.

We were outclassed for 30 minutes of that game, we seem to have stepped it up a little bit in the last 15 but still not great.

Can see Doyle cashing in on a defensive error

Terrible, by far the worst half of the season. I’m worried by this as we look completely lost.

In control first 30. Last 15 Dire.....Two bad teams. The Fonz needs to come off, Carrying a back injury
Get Isgrove on we will win this if he leaves him on, the best we will get is a draw.

1-0 to us right on half time - recent Tuesday tradition says Cambridge will come back to win it 2-1 now.

Well that’s pissed me off!!

Cheltenham are a big big side and are dealing with mullin well, felt he should of buried the one on one but other than that we haven’t created much, saying that neither have Cheltenham so it’s disappointing coming in 1 down.

need to be patient 2nd half, the chance will come just got to take it.

Nearly 70% possession but 0 shots for 40 minutes. First shot on target after 46. Rush missed a sitter for Southend.

Southend look decent tbf. Either that or we're fucking shit. Hard to tell at the minute.

Askey and the lads have a huge second half ahead, simply isn’t good enough throughout the whole management or squad! Looks like the belief has gone and it’s really difficult to regain it without fans!

As we always know Stevenage are hoof and we are just lumping it back and Robinson can’t hold anything.

We looked like certain relegation candidates before our goal and have dominated since. Danny Rose is a wonderful footballer

Oldham were pretty poor for half an hour, then roles completely reversed - we were hanging on til half time but that ubercunt Danny Rowe scored, as expected.

We're going to have to change things up early if were going to get a result today.

The lack of movement has been a real concern. Burgess may as well not be on the pitch and same for McKirdy who offers absolutely nothing when up against a proper opponent. Nathan Smith has been shocking. In fact if I was Askey I'd make a big statement now and sub one of him or Worrall at half time just to let our more established players know that this is just not on and nothing is guaranteed to them. Something needs to be shaken up here.

Carlisle done their homework on us and largely muted our attack. Still could go either way.

Deserved lead for Tranmere. After a cagey first half they’ve started the second half flying, we haven’t.

Sounds like we should be about 5-0 down, getting battered and already made four subs with 35 minutes still to play.

Oops, 3-0 now. Unbelievable.
