Not hard. We haven't got any. There are, however, three lads from Wrexham in the Wales squad although only Danny Ward was ever with us.
We only have Sheehan though i think Collins has played for the u21

We actually can't tbh. Until we start playing teams who actually know how to finish. Mansfield and Lincoln should have both had a couple yet both couldn't hack the pressure of breaching the Racecourse defences.

Best defence in the league with mainly a backline who were playing Vauxhall Conference football with us. After next Tuesday we will have played everyone in the top half as well and we've only played one good team in Birmingham. People are quite right to complain about the state of football these days when Old Man Parky can dominate like this.
As an Huddersfield fan we haven’t played 2 or 3 in top 10 but we and probably many others could say the same as you , bar Birmingham we haven’t played anyone good including Wrexham.
As for Parky it’s no disrespect to other teams that Parky manages to beat so many teams to promotion he’s a master of back to front quick football with a good wingback amongst you and a crucial good hold up drop off striker. The likes of Parky and Warnock have done it successfully for years especially if the budget is good.
We haven’t played Wycombe yet or Stockport , so maybe they will buck the trend , but we are a poor team and we’ve still got a chance of promotion if we get a striker in Jan because the division is very poor.

There doesn't seem a great deal to separate 14/15 Clubs in this division. All much of a muchness really and on their day most teams seem to be able to beat everyone else.

Wycombe seem to be hitting some good form and we were lucky to play them on opening day by the looks of it. Birmingham are better than everyone else on paper but don't seem to be able to get any consistency.

In the last few seasons we've got a lot better and more consistent after Christmas so hopefully that happens again. I think this division is there for the taking for someone, it's wide open and bound to be some surprises between now and May.

I do not see us having a worse second half of the season ie after Christmas even though up until now we have had some of the easier fixtures on paper. It looks like Evatt is bulletproof in which case he is a very lucky man.
From now until Christmas we will just limp along with the team we have at present. Evatt wont change so opponents will work us out each week as they have done since Christmas last year. We simply need midfielders back in the squad so we do not have to see the 5/2/3 system he presently plays. Sheehan is simply too good a player to play in front of a back five and play tippy tappy football.
Dempsey will be back in a fortnight and i would Recall Morley at Wycombe enabling Sheehan to move more forward. With that squad he has so many options yet he sticks to one that has been worked out even making substitutions at the same time with the same people no matter how the game is going or how individuals are playing

Rumour our end we are going back in for Draper in January would you let him go now do you think?
Yeah I think so, he's 4th choice and we're going to have to create some room in the budget in January. He's not the only one we'll be moving on at the top end of the pitch, we'll probably move two, possibly three, on if we can.

L1 is probably a bit too quick for him at the minute. Mobility isn't really his strength and he looks like he's running through treacle most of the time.

How i wish to Stand in a open end with no cover in the rain in November.....As fans we have no say in how a club is run and yes it was run badly for awhile by a over ambitious owner who ironically we owed millions too when we went into administration. Yes you live in a beautiful part of the world but there are parts of Bolton/Rivington etc which are as stunning as anything Cambridge has, though i doubt you have places as run down as parts of Bolton
As for Atmosphere stop bluffing Abbey stadium has never had it. I want out of this league only because the football top and bottom is shite and is not enjoyable to watch
Games like last night are dire to watch
We all want out of this league, but you have no given right over any other club just because you were once in the premier league and spaffing a load of money on bang average players.

Too many medium sized clubs have been run poorly and find themselves down here, which is making it much harder to get out of this league. Your recruitment policy isn't very good and based on what I saw Tuesday night you will do well to finish top 10 unless you make changes.

You don't attend away games so how would you know about atmosphere's at other grounds. I have attended your soulless bowl and can confirm it's shite.

You brought 514 fans on Tuesday and they made much more noise than your home games because smaller grounds create that type of atmosphere. Your own manager stated the atmosphere swung the game in our favour.

A solid 1-0 win, albeit a very well drilled Lincoln side who couldn't finish in a brothel with a tenner stuck to their dicks. Very poor from a club chasing the play offs. Sort that issue, then they are a solid mid range PO team quite happily.

Chuffed we got another clean sheet and our home form is absolutely incredible. 8 wins from 9 home games (credit to Huddersfield for getting a point), but still our away performances lack which will prevent us from going up autos as things stand. A lot of games to go and loads of twists and turns to come, i'm sure.
It's a fair point, we're lacking a bit up top and went for quantity over quality this summer after being well short last season.

Below House (suspended for the game) and Cadamarteri as the two who look like senior strikers, we have Makama and Draper who are both from the Academy but are inconsistent and lack a goal threat and Street who isn't making many squads because he's seen as a project player.

We need a shake-up in the final third for the second successive January albeit it's a better situation than last season. As you say, get that sorted, and I think it might only need one decent striker, then I think we can plod along into the PO's by the end of the season.

Spot on , why fans of bigger clubs think they have some god forbidden right to not after to participate in beating clubs that might not get as many fans is unbelievable. Bolton are just one of the 92. You compete on the pitch won draw or lose. I for one will enjoy my trip to Cambridge just as much if not more than my trip to Bolton .
A very strange outlook and probably one the traveling majority of Bolton fans don’t back up and if they do fool them.

At this stage of the season everything you say on there is correct.......though i do not agree with you on the stadium atmosphere......go on to youtube Bolton v Blackpool from last week
Have a look at half time and full time. Then go on from a couple of weeks ago v Posh. And just to even it out Huddersfield away Fans earlier in the season or Wrexham
No offense your stadium cannot and has never seen a atmosphere like that. Trouble with you is when you have come to our stadium you had a whole end that holds 5k plus and you bring about 75.
I have no need to explain why or why i do not attend away games anymore but i have been to enough grounds to pass comment.

Read what i have put before making a comment. We are where we are on merit or lack of it. That i have no problem with
Ask a Bradford fan or Sunderland up until the season before last but the bottom two leagues it is all about survival. You go away to teams who are batting above where they should be and quite rightly set out a game plan to disrupt, waste time and quite frankly spoil the game as a spectacle
You can now set your watch in the bottom two leagues for a keeper to go down around the 25min mark to have a time out.........Its shite and i want out of it nothing more.

Agree that the football is terrible and of course you want to get out of it because the whole aim of football is to get higher but personally don’t take umbridge as it’s not a dig at Bolton every club wants to get higher and of course bigger crowds bring better atmospheres but smaller clubs bring decent atmospheres as well and the older grounds have far more character than many bigger clubs which as I’m sure you know are sometimes very sterile.
You’ve been to the top you should be able to appreciate how plastic the majority of top club fans are , literally tourism football at some clubs. often the real supporters or majority are following clubs outside the top 10 in the country.
I want to get back to the top flight but often the journey is better than the experience, and for me I will enjoy my away days at places like Cambridge you don’t go because you feel the football is dire as the clubs sit in and want to bore a result out of Bolton, we’ll believe me if Bolton ever get back to the big time it’s changed and your team will definitely be doing the same. Long gone are the days of Bolton competing to get in Europe ever again.
I’m going to savour these places , it might take us years to get out but when we do I will bloody enjoy it, because success’s in football are rare .

Not interested in atmosphere, not interested in other grounds [no longer attend away games] Not bothered for one second about returning to the premier league....All i want is a decent game were teams are pretty much level and the shithouse style is taken away.
Spending 4 hours each way on the road for a night match has no attraction whatsoever now. Not to watch that shite served up on Tuesday[both teams]

Good luck to those that still do it. Football is about cycles and sooner rather than later we will be out of this league. Home games are bad enough. Two trains to get to home games and i live in Bolton
Every game is like a away game

Possibly something in it then Jamille Matt is getting too old now Freddie would be an ideal replacement
