Big evening for 4 of us.

Home to Scunny should yield 3 points.

Crewe v Exeter - don’t care what the result of this is

Muff v Grimsby - should be 3 points for Plymouth

Could be the start of us pulling away.

Has the EFL renamed League Two into League One?

Indian Dan screwed up and placed his thread in the League One forum, so here you go:

Plymouth (5th) vs Grimsby (14th)
Swindon (1st) vs Scunthrope (18th)
Exeter (3rd) vs Crewe (2nd)

Exeter vs Crewe
Plymouth vs Grimsby
Swindon vs Scunthorpe

A massive set of fixtures at the top end of the league. Exeter vs Crewe is an obvious 6 pointer. Plymouth will be looking to end a poor run of form but missing two key players with suspension Grimsby may fancy getting something down there. I'd expect a fairly routine Swindon win but hopefully the late Scunny equalieser at Vale will give them a little hope.

We have no Van Veen and no Eisa, we stand even less of a chance then we normally would. 3-0 loss would be my guess.

We have just started a run of 5 tough games: Port Vale A, Swindon A, Grimsby H, Colchester A, Exeter A. A repeat of the surprising point at Port Vale yesterday, would be even more surprising at Swindon on Tuesday. Not sure who will be playing, as we have surely lost a couple after Vale game. We are very poor now and unless we can drag Swindon down to our level and get lucky, I see only a straightforward defeat. Of course, Swindon has to get the game on first.

I think our injuries have cleared up so we should be good to go! No storm forecast either!

God knows how we will get on against Crewe, these massive games are always hard work at this time of the season. Ollie will massively want to take the points at Argyle so you never know. Can't see beyond Swindon winning unfortunately

It’s nice to just sit back, kick off your flip flops and watch the others take chunks out of each other.

Means nothing, though, if we don’t win our games.

What do you mean 'just started'?

You're run of tough games started last week. Oh.

Not sure how Swindon are gonna deal with 1 goal in 2 years striker George Miller tomorrow, he's on a hot streak since his accidental goal on saturday.

Our lot are playing for a contract (mostly), so we may upset the odds and get something at Plymouth. Sadly Hanson is injured so we are little short on fire power. Losing at home 0-3 to Northampton last Saturday means our season is effectively over.

If all goes to plan, tonight 'could' be a very good one for us. On paper the game with Scunny shouldn't be much of a contest, less so that the news that Van Veen and Eisa are out, although that means they could come to contain and play for a 0-0 which is always dangerous if we can't break through early and become frustrated.

That said, I do think we'll win. Obviously Crewe or Exeter or both will drop points and Plymouth have a relatively tough game against Grimsby so we could open up a gap.

I'll be tuning into Ifollow tonight. Safe journey for any Scunny fans travelling.

Caught the second half of Exeter v Crewe, bit scrappy and the referee was dreadful! Crewe were right shithousing it late on Stevenage style, the Exeter commentary team we’re going nuts and it seemed to boil over a bit at the end! Crewe’s equaliser was an odd one, not sure how it went in but seemed to hit a few on the way through, similar to Scunnys against us.

Decent point for Crewe probably one Exeter needed to win with other results.

Didn’t do anything any other team wouldn’t do in order to slow the game right down to get a good away point. Exeter were time wasting at 1-0 so what goes around...

Didn’t think Scunny were too bad but we did enough to get the 3 points and good to see Doyle getting back on the scoreboard.

Table looks good tonight!

mmmm...tbf mate you did - Ive always liked Crewe but Ive never seen them ( or many teams ) resort to those tactics.. Really put me off them tonight...Their timewasting was so utterly blatant it was alomst like they were embarrassed of it themselves..Crewe looked much better early second half when they were chasing the goal and were prob dominating the game so cant see where you saw Exeter wasting time, they didn't really get the chance to.

Yeah. Average performance from us, tbh. Too many misplaced passes and not that many chances created. Scunny looked OK but had absolutely zero threat up front.

On to FGR Saturday.

Grimsby were terrible. We scored 3 and hit the woodwork 3 times. Genuinely could of been 6/7-0. Onto Macc on Saturday now.

I think the Holloway honeymoon period is over. They’ve got Scunny Saturday and they weren’t any great shakes either.

It was pretty bad to be fair, the Exeter commentators were absolutely busting a blood vessel over it and slating their antics (which were bad on the night) but Exeter were getting in a bit late on with chances so they seemed to try and kill it and take advantage of a really poor referee.

That said Exeter did similar at VP last season (and paid the price as we equalised in the 96th) and plenty of sides do it... annoyingly we don't and that had cost us a few points this season as the game management side hasn't been our strong point.

Crewe seem much more streetwise this year than previously, they were happy to "wack it" as Artell would phrase it on a bumpy pitch and mix it up.

Exeter i'm just not sure if they've got enough to not miss out again on the auto's on the two times I have seen them in recent weeks, could be a mental thing after the past two or three seasons but with Cheltenham now flying its going to be tough for them to get it but all very open!
