I'm struggling to believe Vale don't shithouse. Scott Brown is King of the shithouses, even had a go at one of our ballboys once for giving him the ball back too quickly.

Really? Brown is seen very much as the ultimate Mr Nice Guy at VP! He individually thanked everyone who wished him well on twitter when he signed and when he signed a new deal for example.

Oh he's a fantastic bloke, one of my all-time favourite Cheltenham players. But his game management skills are right up there.

Anyway shithousing is actually quite fun, Vale fans are missing out on all the wumming potential. Nothing better at an away game then watching irate home fans going mad as our keeper pretends he can't find the ball, Ebou Adams has another quick lie down or a subbed off player pretends he doesn't realise what number he is or what's going on and wants to shake hands with everyone. Good times.
Finally coming round to the dark side after all these years of hating the Imps for it, good to see.

Got to agree Si , go to 3/4 of the away games.
1-0 up at Cobblers the other week he was a master of it.
The usual, ball boy throws it, mysteriously goes past Brown and he has to go and fetch it.
Asking the linesman if it the ball is on the specific spot to take a free kick.

There is no doubt that we do it, what we don't do very well is the ' taking one for the team '.
Often a midfield runner will bypass our forwards and midfield without any attempt at a foul.
The likes of Cullen could stick a leg out , take a yellow, kills momentum.

Any suggestion Vale don't do it is wrong, we just do it more cunningly maybe, can't say i've really seen opposition fans wound up by it because we are more subtle than some teams.

The Morecambe foul v Crewe was a case in point, it wasn't a leg breaker as was claimed, just a cynical attempt to stop an attack.

The injury time goals we have conceded i feel have been down to errors not game management.
Salford , just win the header of a lumped free kick
Orient , Legge ducks if Brown shouts , game over
