I didn’t get chance to watch tonight, but I’ll take that considering we haven’t played for several years.

One thing I’m not happy about is Lapslie had to come off injured, Clough said a month out, which is 8 games!

A month out is 1 game in this tinpot league if you play away

Clough said him and Darrell Clarke agreed to no extra time tonight to avoid injuries, I didn’t know that was a thing.

Oh I'd say Tranmere are the team who I think will win the league now.

Who did they beat tonight? I know they were playing someone shit at home like Stevenage.

How many did the mighty Tranmere win by?

Cruising if not really at our best until the sending off...Strong challenge from Maddison but never a straight red
Both players fully commited.......Morecambe players got Maddison sent off simple.
They whinged and whined most of the game at the referee. Stockton fell over every time the wind blew in from winter hill.
John came on and looked decent....Afolayan will rip this league up
More positives than negatives on the night

The only fan on here who gives it large is Carver and Masi so probably best to ignore him.

We were woeful tonight, but fair play to Stevenage who did a job on us and deserved the three points. We struggled to get our game together in both matches against them this season, and they were actually the last team to take points from us before our winning run.

Important that we respond well at Grimsby, assuming the game goes ahead.

Did I miss the Tranmere fans who were giving it large?

No not really, it was fans of other clubs bigging them up lately but I always knew they weren't good enough because they only beat us earlier in the season by parking the bus in a smash and grab win at home.

Or, we edged a game between two decent sides, which is how I more accurately remember it.

After a bright opening quarter hour from Rovers, Stevenage broke up our play and dictated how the game would be played. A puzzling substitution, taking off Danny Lloyd, who was probably our best player to that point didn't help and further Rovers substitutions made our game more disjointed. Stevenage got their final and only unenforced substitution right, the lad scored within a minute of coming on. I was wrong at h/t though, it wasn't a scrappy goal, but a decent volley to give the visitors a well-earned 3 points.

Funny game, we started quite well and faded whilst Stevenage grew into the game. Just about every one of our outfield players had an off game second half.
What ever the issues behind the scenes with Ferrier and Blackett Taylor are, I hope they can be resolved. Really could do with this pair involved in the match day squad.

None of our fans have been bigging us up. Dickheads like you saying you would walk this league in July and the perennial relegation cryer from Carlisle who has turned into an arsehole are the pricks on here.

This idiot spends his entire time on here talking about the impending relegation for Carlisle and then becomes an insufferable cock when they win a few games.

Who would take our position now had it been offered you in the summer?

Eighth in the table, but only six points from the top.

Three, four, three, four, three, three and five games in hand on the seven teams above you.

If the season were ended on ppg now, you'd be champions.

Have only played two games in the last six weeks.

Now have to play almost every Tuesday between now and the end of the season.

Rhys Bennett
Yeah I’d take it right now to be honest.

We’re not that bad any more with Hurst’s signings, played much better last couple of games but I agree we’re still going down as despite playing much better we still manage to find a way to lose.

one thing with all these postponements we are getting - it means we are getting closer to 3 of our key players getting back to fitness;- Mike Jones, Brad Barry have been long term absentees - but are both back in training, whilst Matty Platt failed a fitness test before the Cambridge match. We also had 4 other injuries against Cambridge. IF the FGR match is off on Saturday, we could have most of them back for the following week.
