Obviously hope that happens with the Walsall and Crewe loanees, but it doesn't always work out for players recalled and moved elsewhere. Let them carry on developing and enjoy a season not every professional gets to experience. Surely better for their development that way.

Alfie Devine a prime example
That's our take mate leave him here and let him bang 20 plus goals in which he will if he stays injury free then have him back in the summer and see.

Jellis looked a class above for Tamworth last year before he joined Walsall, not suprised to see him make the step up

Not sure why more L2 clubs don't sign players from NLN, there's some serious talent down here

Callum Stewart from Leamington is someone that Walsall should be sniffing around, top scorer in the league and only 22
Jellis is brilliant mate honestly can't see us keeping him long

Yeah, he's been outstanding. I think we're getting to the point where it would be more surprising if Bolton don't recall him in January.
Good to hear he is getting games and progressing. I think you can rest easy that he will get recalled. We are strong in the lwb position. We have Szabolcs Schon Hungarian lwb International who we paid 800k for.
Randall Williams as back up who will step in tonight as Schon is suspended. We also have Jordi-Osei-TuTu who is two footed back from injury who is also a wingback.......Only played 2 games for us but has played both in the Championship and the Bundersliga who may be the best of the lot.
We have i think 4 players out on loan in the EFL, i think only Morley at Wycombe may get recalled unless that deal goes permanent

Definitely, for instance, I think Villa would be taking a huge risk if they recalled Marschall. He's been superb for us, but he's only just recovered his confidence after a horrific few months at MK, I'm not sure sending him to a higher league would be the right thing to do at the moment.

Apparently lots of "weird", "strange" and "odd" behaviour and things going on last night at Vale Park. OTT post match celebrations, players winding up opposition fans, fans winding up opposition players, unusual behaviour after scoring an injury time equaliser sounds like a rivalry game to me. Or maybe a full moon.

Ian Holloway took this one step further by signing players from the pub leagues to play in League 2 instead, Ira Jackson Jr and Montel Gibson who turned out to be great successes.

I’ve no idea what you’re talking about.

Just like usual.

Bromley look half-decent so far. Get it forward quickly and asked a few questions. Walsall should be in front though with Lowe fluffing it when through on goal.

I’ve never seen a team who accumulate more “head injuries” than Bromley…

Bromley had 3 great chances to go ahead, waste them all. Then they get punished. Cracking finish from Gordon.

Great goal that. Was hoping Bromley would pull something off here but it's looking very unlikely.

We were crap that half, but somehow ahead.

I'd be interested to see how long the ball was actually in play that half.

Not a bad half that. Great run and finish for the Walsall goal. Bromley more than in this though.

Seem to recall around this time last year Walsall fans were a bit undecided on Sadler, but seems like their perseverance is paying off.

One up at half time against a lacklustre tranmere. Hopefully we can hold on

Absolutely, I was one of them. This time last year we squeaked past Alfreton in the FA Cup on a replay and it wasn't looking good. No real identity, fans favourite bombed out - getting dragged through games by Freddie Draper alone.

Fair play to Sadler though - we beat Notts County away with our owners watching over him - and then went on a little run after Christmas and he has gone from strength to strength since then. Bringing in Richard O'Kelly into the board room in as a sounding board helped a tonne too it seems.

With some of the off-field stuff too it does make you think things are looking a little bleak for Tranmere at present. Might be worth a couple of quid on Adkins as next to depart his job.

Well deserved goal for Bromley. Barely knew Cheek was on the pitch until then.

Hmm, how the turntables have turned. Walsall have looked very off colour tonight and Bromley deserve their lead.
