Well, obviously a travesty that this game went ahead against a clearly weakened Swindon side and I think both clubs need to petition the league to have the result nullified and the fixture re-arranged.

Fair play mate, totally agree with you. FGR did seem off the pace today. Oddly despite how well we played our keeper was probably the man of the match.

Few Mythos accompanied the game well. They weren’t really football fans and had never heard of FGR. First half they were a bit meh, but the lively second half - and no doubt the Mythos - got things going. 2 hours ahead here so maybe adjourning to a taverna and dodge the showers.

Anderton is sub and will hopefully stay there. We have gone 4 at the back for once and dropped Pitman. Feeling confident we may get a corner or two.

That’s only really a thing around Christmas, along with the needless yellow card ban that some seem to always get around then.

Most players play through injury 80% of the season, very few will be playing fully fit there’s always people carrying knocks, strains etc.

We might shape up in a 4-3-1-2 but we do look a bit lopsided...that's what injuries do though.

anything happened with the speedway returning to odsal recently? i know there was talk of it last year.

The last I heard, Stock Car promoter Steve Rees was planning on reintroducing Stock Car and speedway to Odsal in 2022. Not sure what the latest is to be honest.
