Oooo my pallet's a little more simple when it comes to chips.

Depends on what the chips are complimenting. Steak, gravy. Kebab, chilli and garlic. Fish, salt a vinny.

Proper chippy chips, salt & vin and gravy. The harder, crispier chips, or a takeaway that does those fry looking chips instead of proper chippy chips, then salt & vin, cheese and garlic mayo.

Good chips from a proper chippy with a thick rich gravy is the best way to go.

I like to buy a large uncut loaf, cut it in half, scoop out some of the bread inside and fill the hole with chips, curry (not that fruity shit) and vinegar cos I'm a fuckin bloke me.

We used to Chilli Nachos with Red Pepper Jam sauce. Lovely.
