2. All finances in place to build the new stadium (including enough for a home terrace).
3. We sneak into the play-offs.

I did try, and this was all I got - http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Wummer - didn't make much sense.

I'll change the third to: Billy Paynter to score a last minute, hat-trick completing, winning goal in Feb, do a full length victory lap round the pitch, and knee slide in front of Curle as Pools move one place above Carlisle into the play offs.
