That was the most bizarre act of refereeing I've ever seen, and there's been plenty of shockers down the years. Of course we then got another penalty and missed that too :ffs: 1-1 on the stroke of half time.

Urgh, it wasn't good was it. I'll attribute it to tiredness after the long Barrow trip plus we never seemingly show up against Bromley. They have our number for some reason.

Like ourselves, the money our owners have put in has been to make sure the ground was up to par, not to financially dope the squad. Given our history I'm perfectly okay with that.

On the field we're self sufficient, it's off it where the owners have dipped into their pockets. The new stand was around £600-700k, pitch relay around £150-200k, main stand extension around £400-500k. I suppose if you add from scratch (before the ground was built) it could be over £3m sure...
