Niate sent off for an off the ball incident with Matt Rhead. Talk about throwing the game away...

FT: 0-0.

Poor result, but at least FGR and Tranmere both drew.

That sounded frustrating, didn't hear many good reports about Tom Champion either.

Still top, clean sheet and another home game this weekend.

Dag & Red are winning this league this season, anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool.

1-1 draw against Boreham Wood. I'll take it as they had the joint best defence coming into the game along with us.

Don't do yourself down you sounded like you had a decent plan that we couldn't deal with.

How come? I'd heard rumours about how Sir Daniel of Cowley was a little bit too good and clever for that.

Bad. Very bad. Players looked tired and way off the pace, gifted them their second goal then compounded the night by missing a penalty.

An evening to forget. Moving on...

A comfortable 4-1 win at Southport, we stopped playing after 65 mins.
Highlight being Ashley Grimes subbed on and subbed off in 40 minutes. Some great football in spells for us, though Cox reckons we were crap without the ball.
Southport were especially bad.

Are we the only team they turned up against? I didn't think they were particularly poor when we played them. Maybe we made them look good :dis:

1-1 fair result, reff was so fucking annoying, the sort that thinks he's bigger than the game and it's all about him -_- completely ruined the flow of the game.

I still don't get why people think it's some huge home advantage. It's not.
In theory it should be. You get to play on it and train on it consistently, and are used to how it behaves. Most teams don't have a 3G pitch at their training facilities.

Scrappy game we didn't really get going in, partly down to eastleigh defending but mostly us off the boil IMO. Maybe the rotation is too much at this level.
Cooper got set to the stands for something late on, which made me laugh as it's only ten foot behind the dug-out.

Dover looked a decent side unlucky not to score at least one but we could have had a few more. Not sure how were keeping clean sheet we such a patched up defence.

Is Hawkins outscoring the 50 goals a season vegetarian rovers strikers?

2 nil win. 2nd was a soft pen from a clumsey tackle that most of the time wouldnt be given.

Only one save required from john today.

They had a player sent off and a player go off injured after using all their subs and macca takes a striker off for a midfielder against 9 men , Cautious play. Maxtd made some good saves prevent a 3rd. Guisley passed the ball round well but couldnt find the final pass.

We didnt play that well but 3 more points [emoji1]
