I'm not agreeing with the decision I'm just saying its worked every time so far no reason to think today would be different, obviously not worked out this time. We have second best defence in the league, no reason to think we should have conceded 2 goals in 20 mins, especially with a defensive mid coming on.

It hasn't though has it? We conceded at Woking after making the same substitution. What kind of manager does the same thing?

I'll tell you what kind of manager, a manager who just loves to show anybody that he knows best. The same reason LJL will be back in the squad next week. I can't fault the recent away performances, but it seems every time Hurst has some actual thinking to do he fucks things up.

Pretty loose statement, every time he's gone from winning with 4-4-2 to 4-5-1 for the remainder of a match we've invited pathetic amounts of pressure and made things 100% harder for us, has it worked in the past? Well we've probably conceded more goals doing that so I'm not sure, luckily we've not lost doing it but I wouldn't say the switch actually does its job. It's evidently caught up with us today.

Hurst loves to see us being bombarded, gets him going more than anything.

Just got in from match against Grimsby. I left at 0-2 and heard a big cheer and though 0-3 because of Grimsby's amazing support ( must have been 800 there), but it was 1-2 and soon after it was 2-2. Grimsby easily best team we've played this season (hope you win league), but very pleased we came back and competed against such a good side.
