Will be very happy with a draw away at Walsall. There are rumours of illness to a couple of our key players but not sure if true or not

I would also take a draw if asked right now. As much as we played really well against Exeter last season they are still an excellent team and keeping our unbeaten run going will be a big boost to us in what will be a long hard slog of a season.

I’m going 1-1, Adebayo to equalise for us after Exeter score early on with Joel Randall.

Stevenage at home, we're slight favourites I reckon but we never win at home so wouldn't be surprised if we dominate possession but draw 1-1 or something. Getting close to 10 months without a home win.
Home wins seem about as rare for us as hen's teeth and I am rarely confident of victory before a game...history shows us how missplaced confidence can be...however I do feel that the team is starting to build a head of steam and a home victory isn't that far away. Today maybe, a narrow 2-1.

If Ollie Clarke is not avaliable I'll feel much less confident against Bradford today.

A couple of weeks ago I'd have felt this was a nailed on 3 points for the Robins. Southend seem to be improving though, and we were dreadful on Tuesday. I still think we'll win, but I'm definitely not as confident.
I think you're overhyping a very poor Southend side. They were very poor against us in our 2-2 draw, they only managed 2 shots on target and one was a penalty. I think you'll win comfortably today.

The team we are playing is bizarre, two massive strikers and three very attacking midfielders. We will get counter attacked to death today.

I think my prediction of a 3-0 loss was generous, 5-0 is more likely.

Can’t see us getting anything, looks like we are really struggling with injuries with only six subs named. No Cullen, Oyeleke, Gibbons, Amoo, Mills and have gone with Rodney up front.

Somehow well partly down to injuries Whitehead keeps his place after an absolute horror show last weekend!

Looks like we’ve gone back to the trusted 4-3-3 though.

Didn’t realise Salford have won 6 of their last 7 away... the only positive the one they drew was at Vale Park in Feb!

0-2 today

David Dunn has tested positive for COVID with assistant manager Rob Kelly self isolating. Our game is still going ahead with Sam Hird and Craig Rutherford taking charge.

Another week another formation for us. 442 this week with two poor wingers and the most immobile front line in history.

4 changes for us, missing about 6 key players for some reason and can't fill the bench.

We seem to have picked seven defenders and no proper centre forward.

Confirmed that we have had a player test positive with covid symptoms with 3 others self isolating for 14 days. All are first team regulars which isn't ideal.

Mansfield Town FC are providing the greatest comedic value in the EFL.

Jordan Bowery gets a open goal, decides to play around with it, let’s the goalkeeper get back in net then he passes it straight to him.

A minute later and Stech (absolute liability this season) scores a OG under no pressure. I give up:lol:

I knew we were not great but bloody hell. The commentator is perhaps the kindest person in the world saying that they are unlucky. I would have subbed each of them off immediately after the mistake. And as I type this another easy goal, 0-2.

I would sub Rawson off too for how he needlessly jumps at headers.

2-0 Bradford, and this might turn in to the sort of result that means we need a new manager.

Our defence and goalkeeper are a shambles.

We might as well get Cook on. Don't know what we are waiting for.

Bowery is useless.

Scott Brown does great to save the penalty then Henderson with an even worse miss on the rebound than what Rodney came up with last week.

Much improved from Vale regardless though.

What a way to sum up our season.

We were looking okay, a Cambridge player slips over and they get a free kick. Cross and a penalty. 1-0.

Mullin then goes down after our CB misses him and they get another penalty. 2-0.

Will end about 6-0 with 6 penalties anytime we go near them

Both sides playing well and defending well. We’ve had a few chances, Smith should do better but looked like we would undo it with the penalty.

Great save from Scotty but how Henderson skied the rebound with Brown on the floor from six yards!

We’ve looked better but still haven’t scored since match day 2. Still defensively look solid but no confidence going forward. Just need a goal to kick start us.

0-0 at Crawley.

Two most interesting things were the ref had to change shirts...he honestly looked as though he was wearing a Morecambe top and the ball got punctured.

Morecambe look the slightly better side but not a lot in it. I would say this could finish 1-0 either way.

2-0 HT.

Except the massive individual mistakes (say that every Saturday) we have played OK, but if you take them in to account we have been abysmal so that’s that.

Bradford second they cut us open to be fair to them, doesn’t take much like but don’t think that was a stupid error. If fans were in the atmosphere would be toxic at Field Mill.

Very good for the opening 35 minutes of the game, goal machine Mellish strikes again after an early opener from Alessandra and for that period it looked like there was only going to be one result.

Colchester have come alive now and have goal back, so we'll have to work hard to retain the three points.
