It should be but I made a mistake when Link upgraded past 1d12, giving him a d6 instead of a d4. For the sake of consistency, anyone upgrading past d12 will also skip a d4 - hence Wolverine going straight to d6.

Think I'm giving Oaf a run for his money in the farce department this year.

Meat Boy more than matches his opponent in early exchanges but loses heart when Hartman launches into foul-mouthed rant about how he's not good enough for this war. The sergeant takes full advantage, aiming his rifle and blasting him into little meat chunks.

Battle of the baldies. Lex's genius doesn't do him much good here, Drax is just too strong and resilient for him. He gives his all but it's not enough, Drax smacks him about a bit before finishing him with a couple of energy blasts.

Before they can get started, Hartman pulls Wesker aside:

"I am Gunnery Sergeant Hartman, your senior drill instructor. From now on you will speak only when spoken to, and the first and last words out of your filthy sewer will be "sir". Do you understand that maggot?"
Wesker: "Sir, yes, sir."
"Bullshit, I can't hear you. Sound off like you got a pair!"
Wesker (louder): "Sir, yes, sir!"

After a big motivational speech, he loses track of his intentions and starts with the personal abuse. Wesker gets bored of this pretty quickly, taking a toxin-filled syringe from his pocket and driving it into his instructor's neck. Pumped up, Wesker gains +3BR (now 17BR). Hartman is dead.

Pissed at being made to wait the Bride and Wolverine launch straight for Wesker, tearing him apart. A fat lot of a good that dose of motivation did (he rolled appallingly). With a big prize on offer, the other two immediately turn their attentions on each other and lock in fierce battle. Kiddo starts the stronger but Wolverine grows into the fight. He suddenly loses concentration though (needing a 2 to draw or 3+ to win, he rolled a fucking 1 with his new die) allowing the Bride to slice him in half.

Metropolis – Bonus

Now this is a heavyweight clash. Four 20BR fighters but all with a different levels of dice. The Cylons massively underperform. They're out of this fight before the others have even got warmed up. Predator does much, much better but still falls way, way short. Leaving Donatello and Captain America. The turtle comes flying out of the blocks, taking advantage of his opponent's rustiness. But the longer the Avenger hangs in there, the more tired Donatello becomes. Cap finishes a hell of a lot stronger to mark his return with a win.

Wolverine regenerates (+1HP)

Professor Chaos fills the Bride's room with alarm clocks, each set to go off a minute after another starting at 3am. The Bride is furious and tired. To calm her down, 3DD offer her a £1,000 pay rise.

STAG use the Resurrection Stone to bring back Link... sort of. The stone doesn't revive him completely but brings back the shade of him. The shade is more physically solid than a ghost but less so than a living body. He comes back in the state he died but being already dead, he cannot be killed in battle or via items. He also has no need for money so demands no wage.

T6 give Donatello a med-pack (+1HP)

Now going to update the OP then send out offers. Leaving the deadline open for Oaf to set when he next comes on.
