Yes. Fuck off Lowestoft! This makes so much more sense than the previously mooted plans of splitting the Southern/Isthmian through London even if it means the same old boring away days.
I enjoy the Suffolk trips. Right now I'm contemplating a 4 day bender next month, as it barely seems worthwhile coming home from Lowestoft on a Tuesday night when we have to go back to Needham Market on the Saturday.

All of them, including Bury and Sudbury, have been notably good hosts. I'll miss them. However it's the likes of Lowestoft and Leiston that have to do the most travelling whichever league they're in so I hope their preferences have been accommodated as far as possible .

Dulwich look like they are further in the shitter now too... they've been told to expect a winding up petition & immediate eviction from Champion Hill if they don't pay up £121,000 within 21 days.

I know for some undisclosed reason K's fans & Dulwich fans don't really get on as a whole but personally I quite like our oddly coloured South London league rivals - well, more so the political leanings of the rabble than anything else. It'll be a shame if Dulwich don't pull through this one, they have been lucky in a sense with the local hipster demographic (sorry, only hipster jive I promise) latching on to the club but because of this where they are now & where they looked to be heading was built organically instead of the shit or bust investment method we've seen fail so much.

Come on Dulwich, you've got to pull through this because if you don't someone else will have to bottle the play offs!

Tonight's game at Longmead vs The Circus has been postponed after a 1pm pitch inspection. Hopefully this'll derail Tamplin's title hopes even further, add to this their ever-growing fixture backlog it could be quite amusing to see them fuck it up royally right at the end!

The way this is going they could end up having to play on consecutive days at some point. Normally I'd have some sympathy, but as the man himself has been publicly quoted as spending £30k a week trying to buy promotion I'll make an exception in this case!

Angels 2 Billericay 1.... those nuts on the circus coach wheels are certainly coming loose.

Goal of the season contender for Joe Turner's equaliser

A great victory for Hendon in front of their largest crowd recorded at Silver Jubilee Park.
Kudos to Worthing for making such a great recovery after their terrible start to the season.

These goals from their recent defeat at home to Dulwich show how vulnerable they are at the back, and just look at the state of their pitch!

They're at home to Harrow tomorrow night which is another one you'd expect them to win.

Think Leatherhead (who are swiftly becoming Orient B) will provide a stumbling block at the weekend.

Of course Leatherhead knocked them out of the FA Cup over two matches.

Just seen on the Isthmian League website that tomorrow's game with Harrow has been switched to the 3G at Aveley due to the wet weather forecast.

I just want to echo this. I know we joke about the hipster stuff but I'm also fond of Dulwich; I like the politics and admire the crowds they get (who hasn't cast an envious glance at their attendances). I haven't particularly been following the sage and don't really know what the latest is but I wish them all the best. Meadow look a pretty awful bunch.

Not much to say about Ks at the moment, is there? Results have been dire and, Tolfrey aside, the team are unrecognisable. Might as well write off next season too if Dynan is still at the helm then. The man looks completely out of his depth.

Dynan is unfortunatley going nowhere because the clowns running the circus decided to give an inexperienced unproven manager (who hadn't even managed higher than step 4 before) a 2 season contract.

Now that Andre's moved on to Greenwich Borough (allegidly due to another board cock up) it's just Tolfrey now that has been at the club for more than 5 minutes & I can't help but think he's probably had enough of babysitting 10 hopeless new faces in front of him each week.

Cap it all off with Anderson making a Donald Trump-esque tweet digging at Craig Edwards because we have no game today, where he also infers that they've started to spend our Womble blood money on King George's Field, which although isn't a bad thing in itself, it sort of sucks that as supporters we find out about it after it has been done & in this kind of unprofessional way.

Billericay draw tonight brings them level on games with Dulwich but 3 points ahead, so still fair chance for Dulwich to win the league

Can't be bothered to watch that. Give it a couple of days and he'll be back in charge again and pledging to increase the playing budget. The man's a clown.

Incidentally, if you know where to look for details his whole business empire looks seriously dodgy and has links to major underworld figures. It's only a matter of time before this goes spectacularly pear-shaped.

Whats the craic with Bostik North club AFC Sudbury offering their keeper a 3 year deal? :eyes:

He’s only 25 and he’s probably the best keeper in the division. AFC are on a very solid financial footing and should really be in the division of above. Completely fucked it last year.

There's a big difference between winning D1S/N with 100+ points and being competitive in the Isthmian Premier, as Tooting are finding right now. Almost everyone who's come up since Dulwich and Maidstone 5 years ago has struggled, and many have gone back down.

Hamlet visited Sudbury on the opening day of last season and I remember a programme column by their captain saying they expected a top 10 finish.

Does seem like a good set-up though, so hopefully they'll be back.

I’ve not really paid attention to how well the gap between divisions is usually bridged for obvious reasons, but Sudbury are my second-closest non-league club these days so I do keep an eye on them. They probably could have had a top-10 finish considering how comfortably-placed they were at the start of December; it was a relatively spectacular collapse.

Great little set up down there and comfortably one of the better-supported sides in the division. Reckon they’ll be back in the Premier sooner rather than later.
