I can't say I'm a fan of his below the belt antics, always seems to be a niggly, nasty twat! Can't deny he scores some great goals, just no need for all the other stuff.
I also put Reece Thomson in this bracket.
Whilst being in non league I would put Thomson,Styche & Brodie in my top 3.

Reece Styche to Alfreton now CONFIRMED.

Delighted. Massive few days for the club.

Wayne must has really thrown down the gauntlet now and finally put his money where his mouth is.

Reece is the goal-scoring striker we have been missing. Huge improvements to the spine of the side with the acquisition of Sam Hird, David Lynch and Reece Styche.

Puts a different complexion on Saturday at Chester now.

All sorts of rumours flying around, hard to work out what's probable and what isn't. Both have been bad lads apparently.
At the Chorley game phenix was walking in with about 30 mins to kick off, stuffing himself with sweets that he'd got from a nearby Asda. Started mouthing off to the steward running the car park as he wasn't allowed to park there but others were. We allow 8 cars from the away team and the rest of the spaces are booked by others, mainly wheelchair users etc. Didn't seem to be interested in the game and was a right nob

He'll score goals for you, but will also try to run the full game by himself and isolate others whilst taking 50 yard pot-shots at goal.

I'll miss the lad at Darlo as he kept us up last season. Good luck Stychey.

Interesting
Revised League Table IF Nuneaton fold: Bear in mind they have at least 1 more fixture before Nov 1st Chorleys lead at the top would be reduced to 2pts Southport would be 5pts from 2nd bottom FC Utd, both would move up 1 place Alfretons gap on the play offs would reduce to 2pts

Speaking of putting his money where his mouth is DSL. Any accurate or should i say authentic news on the transfer deal for Styche? Or is it the undisclosed fee bollocks that we always get to hear.

I'm with Andy on Stychey good luck to the lad i hope he gets the much needed goals that you've been missing. But not against us of course.

Looks like we'll be adding striker Mani Dieseruvwe to our squad before the weekend, on loan.

Looks like he's here for free, THE LADS calling in a favour.

It'll do me if he just distracts people leaving Dudley free to be honest.

I am so sorry. He's such an awful footballer
Interesting you say that. When he played for you against us in 2016/17 season I thought he was mint and exactly what we needed! I wasn't surprised when he signed for Salford based on that 1 performance.

He'd have 1 good in 7. Turned out that 1 games was against you. The ball just bounces off him all the time. He was dropped by us quickly towards the new year and we shipped him out to Boston. He apparently played well against Salford so they gave him a 2 year deal.

Tomorrow we take on turmoil team Nuneaton at Edgeley Park. Can't help but feel sorry for the genuine Nuneaton fans who have seen their team go through all sorts in the past decade or so. By the sounds of it, this weekend's game could be their last! - I certainly hope not!

We go into the game on a good run of form. 3 points is an absolute must (although if Nuneaton fold they'd be taken back off us!).

Great news that Jamie Stott's loan has been extended to January. Hopefully we can sign him permanently or at least a new longer loan till the end of the season. Defence has looked much better with him in it.

I'm still unconvinced with Frank Mulhern, but 4 goals in his last 3 at least means his confidence should be high.

One less striker to worry about for the trip down to Leamington, Matt Stenson (6 goals) has joined Solihull Moors for the usual secret undisclosed fee following his submission of a transfer request to the club.

A first ever trip to Chester today. Looking forward to it and go there with renewed optimism following our recent acquistions. That said we have been poor for a number of weeks now in the league which has been slightly masked by FA Cup progress against poor opposition. Need to put in a performance but very wary of today have a feeling Chester will be eager to prove something to their fans after the Dunston loss and three weeks without a game.

Nothing against Chester at all but I would love to get one over on their two managers too. Cant wait for the game. 2-1 Ofton

Well it had to end sometime didn't it. Just disappointed it ended today in a dire game. BPA didn't look like a team in 3rd and admittedly we didn't look like a team at the top. Referee was awful, gave them everything and missed a clear goal which was at least a yard over the line.

How've Boston suddenly jumped to 4th? The way their lot have been going on, on Radio Lincs (admittedly not the best barometer), you'd think they were doomed to relegation.

Great result for us with so many others nearby slipping up.

We were bad on the day though after three weeks off, full of daft mistakes and gifted Alfreton two stupid goals. Ref was terrible as well, for both teams. Harshly sends off Clifton for them but then evens it up somewhat by letting Nathan Hotte stay on after a filthy challenge on Stopforth.

Mad game, kicked off after the final whistle as well.
