I guess having two fit centre backs and being able to play players in their proper positions helps a lot based on today's result. Also never did I expect to see Dennis Srbeny score in the Premier League.

If Arsenal could just wait another week before sacking Emery, that would be great, thanks.

We are actually quite good

You've been great to watch this season, would go as far as saying you look as impressive if not more so than we were last season. Looking forward to our European places 6 pointer next weekend, you coming down?

Still banned mate, expecting it to be a pretty good game, you've picked up form nicely so I'd be more than happy with another away point.

Probably yes but there owners wont give the manager obscene amounts of money like man utd have done other than Moyes.

Typical that they couldn't wait until after Sunday to get shot of him. No doubt we'll now have to face a rejuvenated Arsenal and really struggle thanks to this.

Would absolutely bite your hand off for a point on Sunday in light of this.

Great performance this afternoon, absolutely worth the point and could well have gotten all three if not for an inspired performance from Leno.

The confidence is back, so it's important that we take that into Wednesday and beat Southampton so we can try and escape the bottom three.

Impressive again from us, lucky that baldock didnt get sent off towards the end but we should really have had it won by time wolves became the better side in the last 20. Decent game, 2 decent sides, playing them after a European away game might help but still to go and match who in my opinion are a top 6 side again away without losing is impressive.

Draw was a fair result in the end, like you say you could have had another before our goal. Think our fatigue was showing today, we don't really have anyone to come in because of our small squad. Moutinho has played 27 games for club and country since the start of the season, which for a 33 year old is incredible. Hopefully will get a couple of new faces in Jan to keep things ticking along. Sheff Utd remind me of us last year, can see you lot having a very good season.

Fucked after this week. Braga away was incredible but the police were a disgrace. Knocking a 70 year old man to the floor with batons, crushing women and kids. Didn't get home till half 1 on Friday night cause of that attack in London too...

Another management change for us!

Not sure that is going to help us.

Still got the same old ageing squad full of injuries!

This team just loves to get my hopes up, before immediately trampling them into the dirt by not turning up against a relegation rival and deservedly losing. After two good performances and results recently, the lack of fight and determination in the first half tonight was infuriating, and by the time we gave it a go in the second half it was too late; you can't just turn up for 45 minutes and expect to get anything, especially not in a league as ruthless as this.

Also, ZONAL MARKING DOES NOT WORK. How many goals do we have to concede from corners until Farke realises that? So, so easy for sides to score from set-pieces against us.

I would say your problem is the men on the posts, not the zonal marking. All they do is play everyone onside for the second balls, make it harder to win the first ball because there are two fewer men in there, and then even in a situation where they might block something they're mostly useless. I don't know why managers still put men on the posts. It's almost never worth it.

But we also have everyone back in the box for every corner, so the problem shouldn't be a lack of bodies in there to pick up the second ball. If anything, I'd argue we have too many back as it allows the other team to push up almost everyone as there's no need to leave anyone back (as even if we clear it we won't be winning it further afield when there's no one up there to get it for us).

It's then an issue of the combination of poor zonal marking and a complete lack of positional awareness from some of our defensive players. But then, that's far from our only problem, as is bound to be seen against Sheffield United this weekend.

Well that was quite a turn around from Arsenal .

West Ham just totally collapsed after that equaliser .

Not a good sign and p45 for Pellegrini?

Watford and Norwich both showing they can compete against the best.

Unfortunately we don't have a striker who can score.

Just makes it all the more frustrating how pathetic they are against the rest.

West Ham 2-0 Norwich
Burnley 2-0 Norwich
Palace 2-0 Norwich
Norwich 1-5 Villa
Brighton 2-0 Norwich
Norwich 0-2 Watford
Saints 2-1 Norwich
Norwich 1-2 Blades

Putting in performances against the best is nice but I'd rather they did in the games that are "winnable". They're the games that decide the relegation battle, those games are why City are down.

Oh yes - we've not won at home all season.

That is pretty poor in any league.

As chicowintry has said above, the way we play against the top sides in this league shows that we do have the ability to compete in this league, but our inability to do so against the sides around us is likely to be why we get relegated in May.

It's all well and good turning up and getting points against Man City, Leicester and the like, but in our position you need to be beating your rivals. We're not and, not only that, we seem to fundamentally approach these matches in the wrong way; we seem to lack desire and workrate when we come up against our rivals, and I can't for the life of me figure out why.

It says a lot about how poor most of this league is that, despite how poor we have been, we're still within touching distance of the teams in 16th and 17th.

This is the most frustrating thing. For example, even if we *only* drew with Villa and Southampton we'd be above both. Or say we'd beaten Watford at home, we'd be level with them (Villa+Saints). Losing is bad, losing to those around you is tragic.

If your coming out with nonsense like that, how about if you lost to city and Leicester. All ifs are completely irrelevant you are where you deserve to be
