Our streaming was awful for the first game against Chester, we sacked off the company that we used and have used a different company since then. It shows the game live well but we haven't got replays yet. So it should be okay for Saturday for our game with you.

No team has come close to Darlo's coverage though. Top quality from them

Ours for our first league game against Hereford was awful (we think due to large demand from their fans trying to access it, it ran fine for our FA cup match 3 days prior to it). I believe we changed provider after that. It has run fine based on our normal demand since, then was arguably worse than it was previously last night.

It wouldn't surprise me if yours struggles against York too (but I hope it doesn't). They have a big fan base, ergo a big demand can be placed on the server, hence why they appear to have struggled to get a decent stream for their away games on more than one occasion this season. I was confident ours would be fine after changing the provider, but I was sadly wrong.

Will give it one more try,Southport said it was down to demand and works ok normally.
Hopefully don’t get to see Darlo’s coverage and can actually watch it by February.

Game postponed due to a Covid case in your camp

Two crucial games coming up for Alfreton. Farsley visit tomorrow before we make the trip to Leamington on Tuesday night. Anything less than 3/4 points and I will be concerned. We continue to look solid on the most part but lack a cutting edge up front. We simply didnt lay a glove on Brackley on Tuesday.

Absolutely in awe of our team right now, sods law we get home after 13 years and a pandemic stops us from seeing this squad demolish teams at home in the flesh! Said it before, will say it again - McClure, Mensah and Asante as a front three are way too good for this level. BPA at home on Saturday, confident we can get another good win. Fylde's late goal keeps us neck and neck, but we're scoring for fun at the moment.
Good on your team -- Never expected it. Also glad for Mensah. As you say too good for this level . I would suspect National league level. Hope it carries on all season. But don't under estimate Bradford.

Quiet on here today.
However Alfreton were much better today. Big striker Jake Day made his first league start and was a menace. Him and the electric Elliott Reeves were the difference today. Our first win against Farsley in a while too. Much better. A shame Tuesday`s trip to Leamington is off due to COVID in their camp.

Despite a shock AFC Telford giantkilling, Darlo have sealed an impressive promotion with 6 months to spare.

Congratulations lads.

Aye, lads feel free to start your steam rolling of the division whenever your ready, go at your own pace, even give them a 14 point head start...

I was reading Ben Garner has been sacked. What's your thoughts Tommy Widdrington to kick us out the cup, least we'll share a bit of coin between us from the wonderful BBC (37k each I think).

That was an absolutely mental game with horrific conditions. Ridiculous winds and rain made it difficult for both sides and one goal in particular was taken by the wind and ended up in the net.

We took a 3-1 lead and then had a 4th scrubbed out for an offside, looked very close that. But credit to BPA second half they came out and scored a belter of a long range goal and then took the game to us. The last minute summed the match up as BPAs keeper somehow saved a shot to make it 5 for us, then Bradford raced up the other end and our keeper pulled off a great save to keep it level.

It seems he will be in charge until a new manager is in place.

Has anyone tried Brackley's streaming service yet? If so is it any good?

Depends. FA Cup match I missed 5 of the 6 goals with it sticking. Previously wasn't so bad. It's only £2, but if its on a bad night, you'd be better off watching Bake Off.

I saw 5 out of six, but missed several other(at the time) key bits, although the Internet held up for pens! Some of the outages lasted for what seemed an eternity. Never sure where the technical issues are - local internet, streaming company etc etc. Having said that, can you go wrong for £2?

We've brought it. Can't complain at £2. Our bigger worry should be how we perform, we never do well at Brackley!

BPA are having problems with their stream tonight. They ended up streaming the first 20 minutes via Facebook, using someone's phone, in portrait mode. They appear to have given up after that.

Very much enjoying the Brackley stream. Fairly sure a camera from the 1970's is being used as I shoots at about 5fps, the commentary is 20 seconds ahead of the stream. For £2 I'm not going to complain but I feel for Brackley fans if they have to watch this every home game though!

Second start, and he made a sub appearance as well.

Campbell is dangerous, a great link up player, got all the skill, scores the odd spectacular goal (like at BC last season), but he needs 10 chances to score one from open play.

Guiseley 1 Darlington 4

Absolute footballing masterclass there. We hit the woodwork 3 times and generally just embarrassed Guiseley. They did get a consolation goal from a well struck free kick but didn't deserve it one bit.

0-8 would have been a fair reflection on the match, but I'll take 1-4 I guess.

Solid display, a few seasons ago we'd have lost that or drawn. First win away at Brackley and our first goal from open play there as well.

Bradford PA 0-2 Southport

BPA managed to get a stream (albeit of poor quality) going for the second half. They had a lot of the ball but didn't look threatening with it, for once we actually attacked with pace and purpose and arguably had the better chances. Connor Woods scored the winner with a glorious chip over their 'keeper from by the right touchline, this on a counter-attack from a BPA corner.

We seem to be much more comfortable playing away from home where we can just sit back and counter-attack, but at home we look awful and lacking in the ability to retain possession and create chances.
